I work for a property management company and use this contractor constantly for all our commercial buildings does great work very knowledgeable I believe the people commenting in the other reviews got the wrong company these guys don't make sales calls. they have too much work to be soliciting via the telephone. I know these guys personally and can tell you these people got the wrong company I would not hesitate for a second to use them at my house or anywhere.

Guy calls me and sounds like the FBI, says he needs to service our system. I ask who is since they didn't say, tell them we have someone, we really like Sunset and he keeps asking question. After telling him we are all set and to remove us from the calling list, he keeps asking questions and says that he can ask questions and will not remove me from the list, then hangs up on me.
This was the rudest call I have ever had and want everyone to know, they try to force their way in and can only imagine the scams they would run once they got in the door. Avoid these crooked company and watch out!
