Monroe Heating and Air did an exceptional job installing our new Bryant Heat Pump system. They answered all of our questions, verified that our 20 old Rudd Heat Pump did need to be replaced instead of just needing to be repaired. They were willing to risk losing a sale to make sure the old unit was dead and just didn't need to be repaired. They welcomed my research and questions, spent a large amount of time trying to locate our new unit with the supply chain shortages, sent Brock a technician out to get our emergency heat running since the temperatures were dropping into the 30's, and took great care with making sure not to track in mud and dirt even though the rainy weather was less than ideal.

My only regret is that I didn't get to know this company 25 years ago. They will be the only company I ever use for our heating and air needs. I highly recommend them to anyone who is need of heating and air service.

This occurred on 18th Nov, where Ryan came to my home because of heating problem I had, and his knowledge quickly went into action by conducting safety checks and problem solving. Ryan listened to the customer and gave solution to fixing my problem and it was better than any other HVAC company in Sellersburg, New Albany, or Clarksville. While his dedication to getting my problem resolved with absolute perfection, he did so with professionalism of a customer care center expected.

During the 30 minutes call, he was meticulous in addressing each step of the process and more than anything else "made the customer feel" owning the Carrier system was the best decision I could have made, I personally believe his demeanor made your company look super efficient, professional and time resolving by interacting with current and prospective customers.

We initially called them in 2016 for a second opinion and became a loyal customer. Our mothers have also become customers. To a person they exemplify excellence in customer service. I would absolutely recommend Frank Monroe Heating and Cooling to anyone. I woke up one morning to a cold house and realized my furnace wasn't working. I called one of the big HVAC companies and they sent out a technician who spent very little time looking at my unit and told me that I needed to replace it for a cost of $6,700. I called Frank Monroe to give me a second opinion. Luke, the technician they sent out, figured out what the problem was within an hour and had the furnace up and running and only charged me $65.

He even programmed my thermostat for me! Better yet, he texted me later to make sure we weren't having any continuing issues. I will be a Frank Monroe Heating and Cooling customer for life! They are honest, hard-working, and go the extra mile for their customers. Thank you!

Called Frank Monroe to compare new AC installation charges after another company told us our AC compressor was bad. Frank Monroe sent a tech who informed us our capacitor was the problem. In 5 minutes, he fixed the air and we only paid 80 dollars. Will use this company from now on.
