We purchased a home that had an AC unit installed by Flair. I decided to use them as our maintenance company too, since they have already been taking care of the unit since it was installed in 2009. Great prices for routine maintenance and both times they have come out they were on time, and they did not try to sell us anything! Love it! So far we have had nothing but positive experiences.

Daniel, the tech from Flair, went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me (at my elderly Father's home) to replace a wifi thermostat. He advised, came out repeatedly, helped troubleshoot issues unrelated to his product, was patient, knowlegeable, etc. This is THE guy you want to help in the event of trouble. The technician Daniel was so kind and courtesy. My downstairs AC (not installed by Flair) doesn't seem to cool evenly. Daniel took the time to explain the placement of the thermostat (which is wrong) and how it could be impacting the temperature cooling. It's nice to know there are still good people out there who value their job and helping others. I highly recommend Flair AC.

Flair installed my new air conditioning unit last year. This past Saturday my air would not turn on after I had a family member help me clean the outgoing line. I called for service and Daniel called me right away and helped me know what to look for and how to correct it. He even called me back to make sure it was working. I was so impressed with his helpfulness and professionalism. I will highly recommend Flair for their outstanding service.

My in laws had been using these guys for 20 years. Her air conditioning quit right after her husband passed. It's August and it got hot quick. The soonest they could get out to look was 2 days. The receptionist's advice was for me to call back after 5 and treat it as an emergency which would be a $150 an hour labor rate. It would've been a 20 minute job had they actually cared about a long time customer. I had someone else out within an hour and cooling shortly after that. There are much more timely and considerate options in the area.

I have had Flair for many years. They are very professional, on time, very good service guys. I bought there service maintenance contract, which they come and check everything twice a year. The service guy FABIAN is the best I have ever had. This is twice he has come to check out, he is very through and very knowledgeable. Terry make sure you keep this guy he is wonderful.

I have used Flair multiple times the service has been excellent. The technicians are knowledgeable friendly and helpful keeping a repair within budget. All of the services i used were on time and professional. The sales team was great and made sure i understood all the particulars of my units replacement. He explained the permits, code requirements, options, restrictions, sizing, pricing, and on and on.
