My tenants had a plumbing issues at our property. Worleys was the only service I found that did exterior service and was available within the next day. Everything was set, I wasn't worried. I received a call from the tech the following day telling me it would cost over $450. I laughed and said, "over $400 to snake a drain? You can't be serious?" The tech hung up on me.

I did not cuss, raise my voice, call this person names, nothing. He just.hung up on me. So I called the number back and dispatch answered. I gave the tech the benefit of the doubt and told dispatch we got disconnected and asked if they could explain why the cost to run an auger into the clean out in the front yard was so high. She started listing off line items.

I laughed again, and stated that I could not understand why the price was so high for a simple job. Side note, I have run anything from a simple drain snake to an industrial auger, there is no reason for "line items" on a job like that unless you run into bigger issues. However the plumbing on this particular property is brand new going in and out of the home. Anyway, when I laughed at her explanation she hung up on me too.

Super professional. So I call my tenant to have her tell the tech we won't be needing his services. The most interesting thing in this entire situation is this, the tech had not even been to the house yet. When I called the property the tech was just walking up the front path. All of which is on the Ring and the security cameras for the property.

The tech never inspected anything, and somehow was able to provide me a multi line item quote for over $400? HOW? This company likes to respond to reviews. I'm sorry but nothing they say is going to make me recommend this company. When a tech says they are on site and the inspection is complete and they haven't even walked onto the property yet there is a problem.

And of course I had to pay the $89.99 assessment fee. Which would have been fine.if it had been a legitimate assessment. Just avoid this company. Maybe the owners are great, etc etc and maybe we just had a temporary tech or something that day or someone that doesn't care, I have no idea but with something as important and potentially costly as plumbing, I wouldn't chance it again.

I'm in the military and my wife and 2 year old were home when our AC stopped working. We called Worley's and Lamont Page came out to repair it at 10pm. My drain was clogged and the cutoff switch had been activated. He quickly cleared the drain and installed some new drain line in a matter of an hour and a half. Now the AC is working great and my family will be cool and comfortable before this hot week we're getting. Excellent service, can't thank Lamont and Worley's enough. Very fair pricing too!

Today Worley's performed a six month maintenance service and system check for my HVAC system, as part of my annual maintenance contract. The technician, Mr. Ryan Dillis impressed me with his knowledge, throroughness, friendly and caring attitude and overall professionalism! Ryan will go the extra mile to ensure your system is running smoothly and you are completely satisfied as a customer! Worley's is definitely doing something right, hiring true professionals like Ryan Dillis!

We used Worley's to look at a pipe leak in our garage. Ronnie came out and gave us an honest evaluation of our leak along with evaluating another issue with our water heater that we asked about. He gave us detailed explanations behind fixing each issue which made us feel confident in his abilities. Fortunately he was able to fix our leaking pipe the same day! We will definitely be using him again to address our water heater. Overall a great experience with Worley's.

Normally, not the most fond of the A/C maintenance interactions in the Past.however this experience was very different! To start, I called up to setup an appointment thinking it would be next week or the following because of the start of the hot season but Lilly the receptionists got me scheduled for the very next day! Thank you! When the service tech came (Hunter) he was very courteous and attentive listening to the problems I was experiencing.

From there He then did his thing testing the temperature control, tested the outside unit and then checked our the a/c unit in garage. I have to give Kudos to the tech, he clued in that I was very interested in what things he was checking and doing. He dumbed down for me his explanations. Very appreciated. Lastly, I know some of the goals of the techs is to sell or make aware of additional services and repair that should be done.

He did pitch a service contract as well as upgrading the AC unit very professionally. However I explained to him we were getting hammered by Uncle Sam with taxes this year and he was very understanding and did not continue to press the sales pitch. It was just enough to keep him and Worley In my mind when the time comes. Thanks Hunter. AC is kicking very cold air even though we have a slow leak but we both agreed his service was a temporary fix. When the time comes to bite the $$$ bullet I will definitely call Worley to send out Hunter to replace my 2006 AC unit. 5/5 stars for this service call!

The company had an opening earlier than my scheduled appointment and called to offer the earlier time - that was a win right from the start! The technician, Tyler, was extremely professional showed me the bad part and what it should look like new and even took an extra minute, while he was waiting to test the a.c. repair, to fix my handle on my door to the outside that came off- Absolutely incredible!

You just don't find conscientious employees like that very often. He even explained the benefits of a very reasonable maintenance plan that Worley offers too! Thanks Tyler for going the extra distance!

After 20 years my sprinkler system's vacuum pressure breaker died. Called Worley's and I a glad I did. Got an appointment quickly. The lady who took my call was very helpful. Ronnie came out today and did the install and did a fantastic job. He even gave me some tips and helpful advice for the future. Very knowledgeable and overall good guy. You don't see that much in technicians' these days. There is no doubt that I will be using Worley's for all my needs in the future.

Mike Welch and coworker were courteous and responded to all questions professionally. They did a good job and conducted themselves well. The office personnel quoted a price that was not accurate. The final cost was 135.00 dollars over what I was told on phone and what I expected since no repairs were made. I would have appreciated the office personnel to be more accurate with their quote so I was not blindsided by the work performed.

I called Worley's this morning and they were out here that afternoon to put coolant in my AC. I will schedule an appt. in a few weeks to find the leak. I'm so glad we have AC again! Great company, even better customer service! Service: Heating system maintenance

I called Worley's to come check out my water heater when the pilot light wasn't staying lit. They quickly were able to figure out the problem (which was a simply filter clean fix) and gave the recommendation to consider replacing it in the near future since it's 20 years old, but they weren't pushy about it and just said to give them a call when I was ready.

The gentlemen were super nice & knowledgeable! I will definitely consider them again when I want to replace my water heater or have another issue they are certified to take care of!

Tyler from Worley's is an excellent technician, friendly, professional, thorough, and on time. He explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. He even wore those covers over his shoes when he came into our house. I highly recommend Worley's.

As always Worley's did a great job. Water was leaking, they had the old one out and new one in in less than 36 hours. The team was terrific. Explained everything in detail and cleaned up the area. They protected my floors by covering and always covered their shoes when entering my home. Their prices are competitive, their service teams are knowledgeable and they meet their schedule.

Had a partial power outage, lost several outlets and some lights. Put in a request via website, they called next am, had appt for 2 days later, cane on time, found the problem of bad GFI and 3 bad breakers. Didn't beat me over the head for labor time and kept me informed every step if the way from troubleshooting to repair. Great job Tag!

Woke up to no heat yesterday morning. I took a shot and called around 7:00 am, thinking that I would be leaving a message. I was wrong. Someone answered the phone and had me on the schedule between 11-1. The tech showed up at 11, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed before noon. This is our first experience with Worley, and I'm impressed!

Recently got a new tankless water heater and a repaired hose bib. Punctual and professional at our initial estimate appointment. Then scheduled the work soon after. Techs were punctual again. Pleased with quality work and good customer service. I appreciate the confirmation texts, emails, and calls. Now we have hot showers and a hose bib we can use. Thank you.

I hired Worley's Home Services to clean and seal the crawl space and replace the HVAC in my home. They were efficient and friendly. They followed through on all repairs in the time frame they promised, and even added some things they thought were necessary, like adding an extra heating vent where needed. There was an exit interview in which I could review their work and ask questions. Their organization includes plumbing and electrical work so all services are available within their own staff.

If I could, I would give zero stars. I'm writing this review to save others time, frustration, and money. This is the most unprofessional and incompetent home repair company I've ever dealt with. I called to advise that we needed some repairs done as we had had a recent home inspection. Savannah asked me to send the home inspection report.

I sent it twice. They charge an $80 fee just to out and look at the items that need repair. This does NOT include fixing any items. RIP OFF. A tech was supposed to be scheduled the next day. Couldn't get a hold of anyone to advise when the tech would come out. Finally, they advise someone is supposed to come out bw 12-2. This is after I've called a million times.

They send an incompetent tech who evaluates the wrong repair items. He now has an attitude that he has to go back to look at the actual items we originally requested to be repaired. Six hours go by and he doesn't call or follow up to advise what the price will be to fix the items. I call the company literally all day trying to see why the repairs weren't done and when they can be done. I'm passed from one dumb person to the next dumb person making promises to call me back.

I finally ask to speak to a manager after being talked over and ignored. Some random dude calls me who's supposed to be the owner and advises he can't get someone out until two weeks from now?! WTH?! I advise his company is not up to par and he starts screaming in my ear. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There are better, smarter, more professional, better-priced companies and this one isn't it.

Great service provided, I had a home air conditioning problem that my home warranty company chose this Worley Services to clean up another company's mess that they took three weeks to make. Worley Services assigned Jeff Edwards of Advanced Comfort to the job. Wow, what a difference, he had the part in very quickly had the system back on line in Two hours. Great job!
