30 years before obtaining licensure in Professional Engineering, I started my career as a technician in the industry while obtaining an Associate in Applied Science degree. Today, I'm the only person in Florida that is licensed both as a Professional Engineer and as a HVACR Contractor that started a career as a technician.

The ac unit in my condo went out so I contacted a reputable ac company to go out and have a look. They told me that I'd have to get the entire system replaced which would cost around 5 grand. I found emerald coast air conditioning in a google ad and decided to get a second opinion. They provided me with professional, certified, and reliable service that no other company could match.
They were able to fix the issues that another company deemed unfixable saving me a ton. Overall the experience was great. Would highly recommend this company for all your air condition and cooling needs.

Outstanding Service! I recently had my 20+ year old air-conditioning system replaced by Emerald Cost for my vacation condo in Horizon South. I went to my condo just to meet some companies to get quotes. Rich came out and not only gave me a quote that was significantly better but also told me he could install it within the next 2 days. My new system was put in quickly. Rich is very professional and kept me informed along the way so I could see the progress and the quality job that he was doing. Highly recommend!

I would like to brag on Emerald Coast HVACR, not once but twice they have saved my family in the middle of the Summer. The first time a few years ago they came and replaced the computer board in my air handler when it stopped blowing air, they were even able to get it warranted even though they were not the original installer of the system. The second time last Summer I had a capacitor that went out on my outside cooling unit keeping it from coming on, and they repaired that issue within a hour. Good job and thanks.
