I was told by a friend who is a Dittmar customer that they also offer Plumbing services as he had plumbing work done by them recently. Another friend works for Dittmar also mentioned that they offer plumbing services and that, that's what they did before getting into the heating oil business. I needed help with an issue related to plumbing but wasn't sure if they could help me or not but since they were so well represented by my friends, I decided to call to see if they might be able to help me with my issue which was a non-well water pump in my basement that needed replaced.

I left a message describing my issue and asked if someone would call me to let me know if they do that type of work. I got no call from them and I was desperate to find someone who could help because I feared that the pump would fail at any moment and we would have no usable water. I waited a couple of days and called again and left a message with no call back.

I only wanted to know if they could help me or not apparantly they didn't feel that it was that important to them to return my call. If I referred a friend to a company and the company failed to even just return a call, I would be embarrassed. Not a good impression to leave with a potential customer.
