Diliberto Charles Plumbing And Heating

Just had Mr. Diliberto out to fix a leak in my sink that required soldiering. I usually fix stuff myself, but know my limits. He was very fast and offered to wear a mask when he saw me wearing one. I would definitely recommend.

I would have liked to get a quote but couldn't get past the condescending woman that answered the phone. Literally the worst and only unprofessional person I've dealt with out of the four companies I've called so far. Unfortunately I can't speak for their services, but hopefully they're substantially better than her customer service skill set.

We were having trouble with our outside spicket when we tried to turn the water back on this spring. We called Charles Diliberto Plumbing on Monday and we're able to get someone to come out Friday. They had to go under the house (crawlspace) which is always unpleasant but the repair only took about 30 minutes and the price was lower than I feared. I would definitely use this company again.

Diliberto Plumbing came to my house 2 separate times this past 30 days for two separate jobs he responded quickly to my requests, was on time, professional, and reasonably priced. I'm a realtor and I will be referring them to all of my clients in need of plumbers. I feel that confident in their work ethic. CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS! I knew when I had a leak from my hot water heater that was installed in 2006 that I probably needed it replaced. After getting a quote of $2,400 for the same job, I was pleasantly surprised by a much lower price and MUCH better customer service from Diliberto. Prompt response, utmost professionalism, and they definitely earned a repeat customer in me. Update: they saved me once again, I now want them to adopt me as part of their family.

We called for an estimate to repair faucet. We were told that this was a free estimate. They did come over. We decided to move forward with another plumber that had a much lower estimate. A year later we called for toilet repair with no estimate. They refused, saying we owed them money. We never received an invoice or a call with the payment request for their year old "free" estimate. We had no idea that they expecting money from us or we would have paid.

Quick, quality work, and at a fair price! Colin and DiLiberto are our first call when we have plumbing issues at our home or rentals.

Thank you Charlie and Dan! We had a leak in our bathtub fixture and had a handyman look at. He couldn't get the handle off and told me to call someone else! I posted on Nextdoor and called a plumber a couple people recommended, 24 hours I'm still waiting for a callback. So I called the next recommendation. Diliberto. It was Friday at noon and I was told someone would be out Monday afternoon. Thirty minutes later they called to say they could come now. They came right out and resolved the problem. Thanks guys!

My experience has been nothing short of sensational professional service from Colin, the other technicians and Wanda. Extremely responsive and transparent. They are very thorough and clean. During one of my many home repairs I was mourning over the loss of a loved one. Out of consideration for me, no invoice was left. After a week or so I had to call them to pay my bill.
