Matthew Gregg gave amazing customer service when we had to call after hours for my moms sewer line after trying numerous places who either wouldn't come out or didn't answer. He answered the call right away and was fast, and efficient and super friendly. He Also gave tips to prevent it from happening again and I was super appreciative. Thanks Matthew! Highly Recommend.

We had great service from Joe and his helpers We had a propane furnace put in and seems to keep our house warmer than off-peak htrs. They also installed heat pump and air conditioner, plus all the duct work needed to be done, since there wasn't any before. Again thanks Joe!

I called for a plumber to come out and check my shower because the water was trickling out. The guy comes out, turns on the tap, looks at it for a second then walks out and says it's unfixable. He then left. Another business sent someone out and had it fixed in about a half hour.

Very prompt and quick service on my kitchen faucet leaking this past week. I had service from them before when I had 2 toilets replaced in 2018. Justin did an excellent job and cleaned up everything and disposed of the old toilets. I would highly recommend them. They are my go to plumbing company.

We live 45 miles outside of Bemidji and couldn't find a plumber in our area who could help us with a main line (sewer line) clog. Dick's plumbing came out in a few hours and made our house habitable again. The people who were here were respectful, and got the work done. They are now on our list of emergency calls if we ever have a plumbing emergency again.

Called on 7/21/17 to address a faulty faucet not being able to shut off our cold water and was told someone would be here at 3:30. No-show, no call. Won't be trying them again.

I am giving 5 stars in the hope that Joe will be nicer to people in the future and communicate instead of just being plain outright rude and not forthcoming.
