I called Desert Air to come look at my A/C system that wasn't working properly. They were very polite and courteous and made sure to send someone over right away. They were very professional and told me exactly what to expect as a new customer, and called me back to tell me when the technician was on his way. My technician, Julio O., arrived soon after and checked out my entire system. Julio was very thorough and meticulous in his work.
After he was done, Julio explained in great detail what was wrong and the available options to fix my A/C. Overall they did an outstanding job and showed me there are still good honest companies out there that value their customers. I highly recommend Desert Air and they earned a proud new customer!

Julio O. provided us with a friendly and professional experience. He gave us a thorough analysis of our AC unit and provided us with functional recommendations. I just want to say that Julio, Jose Emanuel, Jesus, and Martin and his team did and excellent job exceeding my expectations. They truly do mean 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. Julio diagnosed my previous AC which needed to be replaced. Jesus came and measured my home and provided me with the correct sized unit and my home is now at perfect 78 throughout the house. Jose Emanuel came the following week and cleaned my ducts and picked up after his work was complete and even vacuumed my stairs. Martin and his team installed my unit and added an additional duct in my master bedroom to make sure it was as cool as the rest of the house.
I'm really happy with their work. I know that if I have any issues whatsoever come this summer I know they will be here and fix any concerns I may have. thank you desert air.

I have owned a home for over 20 years and every year I have had my AC serviced. This year Ivan form Desert Air showed up right on time. He took approximately 5 hours and serviced my AC unit while explaining to me everything he did and what issues he found. The service that I received today and other times from Desert Air Conditioning has been 5 star. The different people that have shown up at my house, has been professional and informative and believe it or not, HONEST. They were really helpful, kept us informed about everything they were doing. Showed us the before and after pictures of the ducts, it was amazing how good a job he had done on them. They looked horrible in the before pictures and damn near new in the after mlm pictures. Our technician was great! I'll definitely tell everyone about the great job they did on our ac and heating unit!
