I had a unique job. They removed 2 furnaces and installed one in a different location. I had specific (probably nuisance) requests because of low ceilings which they accommodated perfectly. The tech's showed up each day, did their work and cleaned up beyond my expectations. I'll definitely be calling them again. Service: Heating system installation

Critical: Quality Demilio charged us for free estimate after telling is our A/C needed replaced when in reality only needed new batteries in thermostat! Shameless.

Plan to make these folks my go to company. They were prompt, did the work quickly, no messing around and still friendly. Highly recommend. Very Friendly and helpful! Called and they were able to get me an appointment the next day was told I needed a whole new ac unit by another company and this company came out and fixed my ac within 20 min

After calling several companies for estimates, I decided to go with Demilio's for an install of a new furnace and central air. Ken was professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. Definately recommend them. Service: Installation

We lost our air the evening before. They set up a tech to come out. He was running late (several times), which I understand, but call and say he'll be late (you know how that eats up a day). By the time the tech arrived, the unit had already been opened up for another company's estimate (which was free, of course), so no work had to be completed. The tech(s) told my wife the fee for their time was $80.00 and they needed her credit card before they left.

I was never told about the fee over the phone (the several times I called), nor was an $80.00 fee mentioned on the website. The tech(s) told my wife what they believed might be the issue, but couldn't be sure until an estimator came out the following day. She was told if we decided to go with them for an install, the fee would be rolled into the total bill.

I understand people's time is valuable, especially small business, but mention it somewhere.anywhere, so folks aren't blindsided. Lesson learned: Call the 8 other local companies that don't charge a fee for a quick look.

My husband and I were looking for someone to do ductless AC/Heat units in our old brick house. Demilio, Inc was referred to us and I am thankful they were! They were very informative in which units to purchase. Their installers were also amazing! They let us know when they were coming, what they needed to do and they did everything from run the electric to showing us how to use the units! I was so comfortable with the installers at my home as well which is soooo important! I would recommend them again in a heartbeat!

The technician that came out didn't listen to anything I was telling him. Then he replaced the thermostat. Later on that day the furnace was still acting up so I got second opinion from a different company. The first technician from demilios told me my furnace didn't need services ever but when the second company came out and called the navien company that made my furnace we were told it needs serviced at minimum every two years.

And my thermostat that demilos technician changed was working perfectly fine. Dave demilio contacted me personally and was very unprofessional, rude, degrading, and vulgar. The technician from demilios went to my father in laws house and I was told because it was a nicer house and he was expecting a tip!
