Lance and Jake were really great! They diagnosed the problem, explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions all while remaining professional and friendly. They did excellent work and cleaned up nicely after the job was done. I will definitely use this service again with any future home maintenance/repair. I was impressed with how well all my (many) questions were answered. This company was great about making sure I was well informed about my multiple options for our needs/ wants. This is a major purchase and we didn't want to have regrets later on. We did get a quote that was a bit cheaper from another local company, but we felt much more confident with the customer service and knowledge of the employees of Dalton.
We felt more comfortable paying a touch more to have the peace of mind we were given. When the 2 installers came to do the job, we found them both to be professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

Dalton's sent a team of two very personable service technicians who did what seemed to us to be a very thorough job of inspecting and maintaining our heating system. They took the time to explain in layman's terms whenever we had questions. These two employees represent the Dalton brand very well. They also explained why we might choose to have an upgrade service performed to thoroughly clean and seal some minor leaks in the furnace ductwork.
We did authorize them to make that upgrade, and they performed that service while they were here. They also inspected and cleaned our gas fireplace until it shined like new. We feel that Dalton's service contract is a good value for a fair price. We take comfort in knowing that our heating system and fireplace will be ready to go whenever we need them.

Dan was fantastic about explaining the process and getting everything taken care of. It was comforting to have someone tell us the process beforehand and keep us informed. We were also able to discuss our priorities. As new homeowners, we have a lot of expenses and he was so understanding of our position which was really nice. He is very friendly and easy to work with! We look forward to working with him in the future!

Jake and his coworker did a great job at correcting an electrical issue with a appliance removal. They effectively communicated the issues and promptly corrected them. ABSOLUTELY amazing! Dan was incredibly professional while being very personable, kind, patient, helpful, considerate, and attentive. He truly went the extra mile to provide exceptional service. He said he loved his job, and you could easily tell by his enthusiasm and willingness to give extra effort such as vacumming the coils while he working on the outlet. Could NOT recommend him more!

I called this company for an emergency issue in my bathroom long story short another company showed up while I was waiting i assumed it was Dalton and they completed the work. Dalton showed up i explained and the driver was very polite and expressed he was glad I got it done. I have since been receiving bills from the which Is listed as a diagnostic fee.
I have reached out to them several times and still have not had a reply via email or phone call. I just moved to the area and have had very good service thus far EXCEPT for Dalton. I would recommend any other option out their for your needs.

We purchased a gas fireplace through Dalton Plumbing and Heating. Had a wonderful experience from dealing with the Comfort Advisor, to the very professional installation experts. They went above and beyond to help us plan all the details even put us in contact with a very experiences finish carpenter/stone layer. It turned out beautiful! They were very prompt and prices were very fair. We would definitely recommend!
