Dale's Refrigeration & Heating, Inc. is locally owned and operated by Jill Borreson. We have 10 full time employees and 2 part time. We out grew it and moved to our present location; *25 North Second Street Black River Falls, WI; Labor Day weekend 1999. Stop in and see us soon! 2022 Dale's has been sold to Custom Heating and Cooling.
CEO, Accounts Payable, Employment officer, Web Master (I work on the Web site - can't say master!) Jill started working in the business from the start but also worked out of the business until 1989 when she came to the store full time and finally started to get a pay check a few years later! Jill is an avid Greenbay Packer & Milwaukee Brewers fan! Jill & Dale have two daughters Letece & Megan who help out in the store from time to time.
With the sale of Dale's Refrigeration & Heating to Custom Heating & Cooling not all appliance lines are established yet, Custom is still in negotiations with Whirlpool but we hope to have all of our lines available again soon, but in the mean time we do have Crosley appliances. Crosley is like Sears, they don't make their own appliances, they are made for them my Whirlpool, GE or Frigidaire.

My furnace stopped working in the extreme cold weather yesterday and I had to call for service after midnight because it was 40 degrees in my house. The technician, Jason, was very prompt in returning my call and getting to my home. He was able to determine the problem, and do the repair to get the furnace working again. He was very knowledgable and was able to teach use a lot about our furnace (we just bought the home and are in the process of moving in). I would recommend this company to anyone in need. Thank you so much for rescuing us from our extremely cold house.

If I could rate this even lower I would. The dishwasher I purchased from them broke after four months. They came out, looked at it, ordered a part for it. Turns out it was the wrong part. They order another part, it was the wrong part. This time they ordered a pump. Turns out there are two pumps in there and they ordered the wrong one. Four tries and almost four months to fix it; I have already told people I know to avoid Dale's from now on if they expect something to get fixed promptly.
