I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The only 1 person that actually wanted to work was great, and we appreciate him. But the waiting game they make you do, the back and forth. it's ridiculous. We have been sitting in an 80° house going on 3 weeks now. They FINALLY decided to tell us today they won't take the job. It's unfortunate they're the ones who put our unit in. We found another company who will be assisting without hesitation. This is unacceptable. Lazy.

We're very impressed! My next door neighbor's AC, stopped working, she hasn't arrived here yet. I called DS Air Conditioning around 4:00pm, they wanted to send someone out right away, but office girl Christy said the AC needed to be turned off for a while, in case AC might be frozen up. Wonderful for an office person having knowledge for saving a service call. Mike (Too Tall) came out next morning 8:20am located the part not working, showing me the part and explaining about the part.
He had that part replaced and AC united running very quickly, he made sure air was coming through all the vents and reset thermostat for me that I did not understand how to turn off the fan part while turning off the AC unit, I'd took off the whole casing. Mike's (Too Tall) very nice person (6 feet and 11inches, that's why he's called Too Tall, plus a few Mikes work for this company) and it shows that he enjoys his job and is proud to work for DS Air Conditioning, Inc and staff. --- I'm very happy finding this company! Recently had D&S replace our aging ductwork due to sweating and leakage! Not only did they do this in July when most AC companies wouldn't do it, they were considerably less in price than their local competitors! On the day of removal and installation, the technician Kyle Miller and his fellow Tech were Extremely efficient, hard working, knowledgeable and did a Great job of cleaning up the mess doing a job like this causes. We'll highly recommend and give D&S Five stars for a job well Done.

Overnight my unit which was installed in 2004 stopped working. By 2pm the following day (Less than two hours after I called them) DS Air had already diagnosed that I needed new fan motor, by the time I returned from work my unit was fixed. From prior experiences many other companies would never have taken the time to fix this older unit and the knee jerk reaction / recommendation would be to replace the older unit entirely. DS Air took the time to fix the older unit and for that reason will be my recommendation when I need to replace the entire unit in the future. They are true neighborhood business looking out for the consumer.

Recently we began remodeling our kitchen which included a hood fan as part of the project. Unfortunately we discovered the in-wall ducting that had been used for the microwave didn't line up with the new hood fan. I remembered DS Air Conditioning had installed the in-wall ducting as part of our 2015 addition. When I called they were very responsive and one of the technicians assessed what needed to be done quickly.
The technicians were able to alter the in-wall ducting to work with the new hood fan. They also had to use a piece of sheet metal to reach the wall studs outside the hood fans mounting positions so the hood fan could be secured. The on wall sheet metal support did require luan plywood to cover the stove wall for glass tiling work, but the knowledge of these technicians saved me from abandoning the hood fan. DS Air Conditioning performed as true professionals during our 2015 addition and again with this hood fan installation. Highly recommended.

We've used DS Air since shortly after moving here summer 2018. Previous home owners used another local company who seemed rather incompetent the 1 time we had them out. Lucky for us DS was recommended to us by a friend. They solved our issue last summer and quickly resolved our larger issues that arose this summer. Was visiting a friends condo in Stuart, FL. On our first Saturday there our air conditioner failed. The top grate had rusted badly over the years and the motor/fan broke free and fell into the unit. I called Monday morning and DS Air conditioning had a technician there that afternoon. After reviewing the problem he had to order parts, but to my dismay the top grate and fan blade are not a standard stock item at their wholesaler.
So the parts were ordered. When they arrived Friday AM, our technician, Phil, was there and had the system up and running within an hour. He also had to replace the outside electrical box/breaker which had also rusted through. We were very pleased with the work, the cost, and the professionalism of the technician. I advised the owner and suggested they use DS Air for all future work.

DS Air installed a new system for me about 1.5 years ago. They did a great job and were very professional. They replaced a system that was almost 20 years old, my electric bill went down $150 per month. It's still running great and I have had absolutely no problems. Would definately use them again and recommend them.
