Critical: Value Well i was quoted 1 price over the phone than charged immediately upon entering my place something different Then i was charged another price to tell me the gas is off and vents are closed so for $175 thats ALOT! For 20 minutes Service: HVAC system maintenance

We came home from a trip to no heat. Robin at D&C was wonderful - she rearranged maintenance appoints in order to free up technician. Eric, the technician, was professional and knowledgeable. What could have taken days to solve, was solved in less than 24 hours!

We called on a Saturday which was after hours but Daniel called back promptly and came out within an hour. He told us what the problem was in words we understood. We got the maintenance agreement so we definitely will be calling them back when we have a problem and for regular maintenance.
