Woke up Thursday morning with no heat coming through our vents on the coldest day of the year. I called Crescenze and they had a tech out within a few hours. Unfortunately, our furnace was done with and we needed a new one. Within the hour, Mike had sent us a couple proposals for a replacement and we were able to have our new furnace installed the next day and not have to go through the weekend with no heat and temps in the single digits. Super quick service. Very professional and friendly workers.

We have used Crescenze Cooling & Heating for over a decade. Everyone we have worked with has been polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Just had to purchase a new furnace and AC. Mike gave us a great quote and. Josh and Tommy did a fantastic job with the install. These guys are here almost immediately if a problem arises, and always show up on time. 5 stars in my opinion.

I recently had an issue with my furnace making a noise, so I had Crescenze come out and check it out. Initially the repairman thought I had a bad motor, and I gave approval for a replacement motor to be ordered. He signed me up for a maintenance plan that would save me quite a bit of money on the labor, so I was very pleased with everything. The next day I received a call from one of the more experienced technicians because my system is a pretty sophisticated unit and he wasn't convinced that I actually had a bad motor.
He came out the next day to look at it again and determined that the motor was fine, and the solution was actually very simple. I was very impressed with how professional they were about the entire situation, and how they were really concerned with making sure I didn't get charged for something I didn't actually need. I thought the situation was over, but about a week or so later I got a note apologizing for the misdiagnosis, and a refund check for both service calls due to the inconvenience!
I didn't expect any of this, and in this day and age this kind of treatment from companies rarely happens. Needless to say, I am very impressed with Crescenze and would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs.

After I had Crescenze replace my furnace and the unbelievable work they did, it was a no-brainer to call them this summer to replace my AC. Mike was completely honest with me and saved me a lot of money by talking me out of the most expensive unit because it would not be as good because of the furnace. So he got me the most efficient unit that worked with my furnace and saved me a few thousand dollars! I will never shop around again. I will simply call Mike at Crescenze and place my order.

Mike and Kirk did a fantastic job installing our new furnace and air conditioning units! They were very knowledgeable and professional. They did a fantastic job not only with the units, but also with the dogs, kids, cat, and constant questions! I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC service. I would highly recommend Crescenze HVAC for both repair and/or installation/purchase of a new furnace. When my heat went out they fixed it immediately and gave many helpful options, of which I opted to purchase a new furnace. I am so glad I did, the new system operates far better than I could have imagined, distributing heat more evenly and efficiently than I thought possible as my house is very open and drafty.
I was equally happy with the pricing, and again, was given a number of options without trying to "guide me" to any particular (or more expensive) models. The service was excellent as well, from Thomas and Jason who did the original service call to Kirk and Jason that did the install. All were very pleasant, professional and more importantly, very knowledgeable and informative! In addition, the whole installation and removal of old system was incredibly fast. I can't say enough, how happy I am with Crescenze HVAC and my new furnace. THANK YOU!

I have used Crescenze Cooling and Heating for years. They are always very courteous and professional. They are prompt with responses and on time or early for appointments. They really take their time to explain things to make sure you understand what they will be doing. You can make an educated decision without having to rush or feel pressured.
