Brad was excellent! We were having air conditioning issues during the summer in Houston and needed help quickly. Not only was he able to make time for us the same day we called him, but he also fixed the issue within an hour. He did a thorough inspection of our AC unit, found the issue, and fixed it. I especially appreciated that he was very transparent and explained everything in detail.

I called the day before for home A/C unit standard service (pressure & fluid checks, et al). The tech arrived within the time promised, and gave the unit a good health report. He also went into the attic to assess the evaporator, check for leaks, etc. The technician (Brad) was in every way courteous, professional, and highly qualified. I HIGHLY recommend this company as a good, competent, HONEST, and reliable HVAC company for any of your needs.
