I never knew how crummy my old system was until Randy and the Comfort Zone team replaced it with an Amanda heating and AC unit. They did a fantastic job that looked as neat as could be. I would NOT recommend this company. They were over double their estimate and the mileage was outrageous. It took a week for them to come back and finish a day job. Even the material cost wasn't accurate and it was only a couple of fittings to hook up the in-floor heat. I also had to UPS Next day air a new manifold in because they overtightened and cracked it. Luckily a local guy came and finished the installation correctly and fixed Comfort Zones shoddy work.

Randy M. responded very quickly to our call and was answered all our questions. We learned that our A/C unit was ok, but just needed some TLC. Randy provide great recommendations and when the time comes for our heating and air to be replaced/updated he will most definitely have our business.
