Refused to quote because I wanted by AC unit moved over 10 feet so it was not under the deck. This was even after I offered to move the electrical disconnect for them and relocate some plumbing in my utility room to make their install easier. A company who cannot install an AC unit 10 feet from the original unit when the electrical will all be moved for them sounds 100% unconfident in their ability to install a furnace and air conditioner.

Excellent service from Comfort Matters. Called the office and spoke to Chris who was positive, friendly and helpful in scheduling my next day AC repair. The technician Jake was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and clearly explained what had happened and what my options were. He gave detailed answers to my questions and gave transparent pricing and information before he completed the repair.

I was also interested in other HVAC equipment and pricing on new systems and Jacob in the sales office provided accurate estimates and information on different systems available. 5 stars

Nick was great to work with! He was very professional and installed my new A/C on Saturday so I don't have to worry about the upcoming heat wave! I am so glad I found this company. I love the membership program way better than home service plus. I was able to schedule everything the next day even installation! I was even able to get financing for my new unit and the application was very simple. Nick explained everything I should expect in the mail and what to do for the city inspection. I will continue to use this company and also recommend them to others!

AC went out a few days ago, thankfully it was during one of the cooler days. Called comfort matters, and the person on the phone was very warm and welcoming. After the appointment was set she called to let me know that their technician was running late. He even called me to let me know he was on his way. Derek did a great job! Took a little longer than I expected but the job was done in the end. Was very clear in his explanations about what was wrong and how to solve it.

My kids were running around outside while he was working and kept asking him questions and he was very friendly to them and answered as much questions as he could while he worked. He wore shoe covers and made sure to ask permission before entering the house. Very polite and easy going. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

UPDATE: Jake came out the day after this first experience and was an absolute professional. Went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience and educated us while making the repairs. We were thrilled with the service and fits right with what we experienced previously. Had a great experience with them at a previous house, but not great today.

They agreed to come out but kept pushing the window back multiple times. Ultimately cancelled at nearly 6 pm when it was too late to get anyone else. Only consolation from them was they could show up some time between 12 and 6 pm the following day. Understand delays happen, but to have 6 hours of delays and no commitment to any better experience the next day means I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had an AC unit serviced with Comfort Matters Heating Cooling and Plumbing. As it was no surprise to me, Daniel professionally broke the unfortunate news that it was time to start looking for a new AC unit. After explaining the results of the service and inspection, he explained that he would offer a few repair options through email but suggested scheduling an obligation-free estimate for a replacement.

I told him that if I were to replace the AC, I would just do the furnace at the same time. He called into the office and scheduled the appointment to have someone come out and provide a few estimates for a good, better, and best set of systems. Daniel was early and performed a thorough inspection of my existing unit. I will either update this review or write a second review after I have had my estimates run next week.

John was excellent! Highly recommend! It was a Friday night and he was in no rush. he took his time and did a very thorough job explaining the process to me along the way. We are so appreciative of him and his diligence to diagnose what was going on and then fix it right away. He was prepared with the parts on his truck from our pre Apt. call so we didn't have to pay or wait for another visit. Great service all around!

I only give it 4 stars because I had multiple issues with customer support in regards to setting up a date for someone to come look at our AC. Our technician did a great job though and the cost was extremely low! I think in the future they will be deserving of a 5 star from us. We originally used their virtual appointment option to set up a regular appointment when our AC went out.

Unfortunately with Memorial Day it was a 3 day wait. The next morning I decided to use their chat feature to see if we could get an emergency repair during off hours over the weekend. They said they could and passed along our information but no one contacted us for 1-2 days. We ended up calling AGAIN after waiting to hear back, which by then was the day before our appointment.

They called us back to bump us to an earlier time than our original schedule, only for the scheduler to not correct our booking to the new time. In the end someone finally came out at the original, non-emergency appointment time I had chosen. I'm glad I booked online for our original appointment or we probably never would have had someone show up for the emergency one we tried to book. Still great service when they did come out and we plan on using them in the future.

We're members of their Sunshine Club so each spring we get an A/C tuneup, it's a great program and I'm glad years ago our realtor suggested it. The company is great to work with, and extra friendly, it's hard to find one that has better customer service. One thing I really appreciate, they call and email you reminders for your spring and fall tuneups.

They aren't trying to sneak by and hope you don't take advantage of the benefits you have, they want you to get your systems tuned up. Their technicians are all wonderful and friendly too. This week Johnny Anderson checked our system and I tend to ask a lot of questions, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Highly recommend Comfort Matters, we've trusted them for almost 10 years!

We needed a new water heater. Comfort Matters staff was terrific with communication and scheduling. They were respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers and putting down drop cloths. They removed the old water heater and installed the new one in a couple of hours. The guys were nice to my dog, they showed me how the new system worked, and left the space at least as clean as it was when they arrived. I am completely satisfied and will call them again.
