My technician Vu has been servicing my home for many years now. My two systems were installed 8 years ago. Vu was one of my original installation technicians and has serviced my account on numerous occasions. Vu is very professional and knowledgeable about his job. He takes great pride in his work, explains everything he is doing and why he's doing it.
I'm always amazed at the level of service Comfort Control provides. It all begins once you schedule your appointment . You receive updates about your appointment. Your technician will call you in advance to let you know they're on their way. The company is very well run and competitively priced. Had Comfort Control come out to give a second opinion from another contractor who was sent out by our home warranty company. The technician Ta asked a number of quick diagnostic questions, walked me through everything he was doing, showed me all the testing, testing results and explained everything in detail. Not only was his service exceptionally higher than the previous companies, the three parts I was told needed to be replaced were not needing replacement and the Freon capabilities of our system were actually half of what I was told needed to be replaced by the previous company.
Not only was the service half of what was quoted, the service was infinitely better. Comfort Control will be my only call from now on when our system needs service and maintenance.

Vu was just as efficient this time as he was two years ago in going over my very old furnace and getting it going again. Because of something he saw (that 99% of service techs would not have seen), I am aware of a problem that has been there for a few years due to something getting knocked off line in the venting when a new roof was installed. I now have a brand new carbon monoxide detector to protect me from that hazard. Also, the person who answers the phone had him out within an hour or two which was great as very cold weather was approaching.
