I appreciate Comfort Cares personal attention to secure parts for our unit during a difficult time for deliveries across the nation. Service: A/C system maintenance

Woke up early on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. No A/C. Not good. Texted Comfort and they responded by 7:15 a.m., before i could call. Their expert tech, Trent, was here by late morning, and had my A/C back on doing the best it can (16 yrs) until we can get it replaced. Thanks for the service. Not that they didn't charge for holiday overtime - they did - this adventure cost $500 - but bottom line is that i didn't' have AC for a busy week and now we do.

The tech spent about 15 minutes looking at my heat pump which was 11 years old and told me it would be 1000-1600 to repair if the part could be ordered. A new unit wad 6800. Never heard back from C. Bond. I paid 95 for a service call. This is a company I had used for 20+years. In October, I had another company come out- my unit needed a new thermostat. A 100 fix and it has been heating and cooling. I called to complain and they laughed. Never using them again!

We built our house as we could afford it. Our floor in places is less that 10" above the ground. The celling is part of the scissor trusses. This made installing duct work in either place impossible. Several air heating companies said it was impossible to have central heat and air, to continue to use our window units. Comfort Zone came and did a load calculation, and carefully review our situation.

Comfort Zone returned with their proposal. They were able to incorporate duct work that blended with our decor, and with central heat and air. Comfort Zone's ability to "think out of the box" is unique in today's world. We are on Comfort Zone's bi annual maintenance program, which we find well wort it. We trust Comfort Zone. Their employees are professional, trust worthy, and do the job right the first time. We consider Comfort Zone above all the rest. We highly recommend Comfort Zone.

We had Comfort Care work on air conditioner three times in thirty days, told us unit is not repairable, they recommended replacing AC unit. I am so glad I had someone else look at it before I took there advice, the other company had it repaired in fifteen minutes, it is working great!

I wrote a review. Now it is apparently gone. Synopsis: defective work caused damage in house. They will not accept responsibility.
