They were suppose to come out and repair something on my 1-2 year old furnace that they installed. They were a no call no show after I moved my schedule around to accommodate my scheduled appointment with them. I should have used another company to purchase my furnace.

Chicagoland installed our new furnace years ago and everything was fine until we recently had our vents cleaned by another company and suddenly had a loud booming noise after the heat shut off. The technician came the day after I called, he explained what we were doing wrong, tested everything to be sure the noise had stopped. We couldn't be happier!

Chicagoland installed a new a/c unit and thermostat. Technician Joe and jesus were outstanding. They were on time, extremely knowledgeable in their field, Joe has a knack to being very detailed oriented. Joe and jesus answered the many questions that popped up very professionally. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any AC issues. Corrected. There was no mess from beginning to end.

Hey Chicagoland- I reached out on 5/26/21 and 6/3/21 and have not been contacted back regarding work still not completed that is spelled out in my signed contract with the owner, Skip. A phone conversation with "Joe" the new guy, led to him telling me nothing else was going to be done about the unfinished work. Is that what happens once your company has payment in full? Waiting for satisfaction. ***Update** I contacted Chicagoland as they had asked. We were able to reach an agreement. They came out to my home at the end of July and completed the work to my satisfaction. Thank you, Chicagoland.

Chicagoland had installed a new AC unit and the service and professionalism of Steve and his partner was a welcome change. They answered any questions I had. Kudos to Dave Baglarz for setting up the new install and making sure that the AC unit would be the best for my needs. I would recommend Chicagoland to anyone who needs service for either their heating and/or AC, be it service or new install.

My neighbor recommended Chicagoland Heating & Air Conditioning as the granny special I just bought had clogged coils in the otherwise great AC unit and we were roasting. For a fair price and in record time (same day service after a cancellation), my family was cool and I was back to work. The tech was beyond professional and informative and just a generally cool dude to boot. Anyway, I recommend 'em! Just for tonight, it's gonna get chilly in here.

I've been using this company every year since the fall of 2016. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. I scheduled my maintenance every year with this company and the technicians always been able to answer my questions and concerns. Today I had the pleasure in having Rob maintenance my furnace and he was very professional and knew his stuff.

He was very thorough when cleaning the burners, condensate trap etc. I'll be sure to contact this company on a yearly basis to get my furnace/AC maintenance and specifically ask for Rob again.

From the start the salesman was great. The crew came out a few days later. They were very clean and knowledgeable. The job they did was over the top. I had Chicagoland install a performance series carrier furnace and AC condenser. Couldn't be happier. The price was right. Remember you get what you pay for. Service tech stopped by the next day to make a simple adjustment. I highly highly recommend Chicagoland. I'm pretty picky also and I found no flaws. Awesome customer relations. Glad I decided to go with Chicagoland. Great job.

I woke up this morning without heat. I called Chicagoland and they came out the same day. Rob came out and determined that the blower motor needed to be replaced. He was able to get the part for my furnace and complete the repair the same day. My furnace and AC is 20 years old (Chicagoland has serviced my furnace/AC annually for the past 17 years).

As usual, Rob was very professional, on time, and was able to resolve the issue. Additionally, Rob shared with me the cost of other repairs that may be needed in the future. He let me know that if I wanted to replace my unit, within 30 days, the cost that I paid for the blower motor can be applied to a newly installed system. This was extremely helpful so that I know all of my options.

We woke up Christmas morning to no heat and a 51° temp in our house. Of course, just about everything was closed. After calling around, discovered Chicagoland could send out a tech that day! Eddie quickly found the problem and got the heat running again! He was professional, friendly (which is no small feat at the end of a 12 hour shift on Christmas Day), and seemed to know his stuff! Would definitely recommend!

Just a shout out to Chicagoland Heating and Air Conditioning for teaching me a valuable lesson about buyer beware. After coming out last February to fix my boiler, it stopped working two days later. They then informed me that I needed a new pump and drained my entire system (to the tune of about $1,200) in March. After turning it on for the first. time three days ago, nothing.

Their guy came out and informed me the pump that they sold to me and installed, was bad. Part's under warranty, but, I neglected to confirm the labor was, too. So now it will cost me another $300-$500 to have them come back out and re-fix what they repaired less than 8 months ago. Silly me, I thought companies usually prefer to stand by their work, you know, and foster customer loyalty.

Special shout-out to Bill, the supervisor who hung up on me after refusing to put me through to his manager. Needless to say, I'd rather eat the cost of having an entirely different company come clean up this mess than ever use Chicagoland Heating again.#liveandlearn

Eddie, out of the Oak Lawn office, was wonderful. He was honest, got right to the source of the problem, and answered my numerous questions. I would use this company again. I wish they had a zero star option. I had Chicagoland heating install a new water heater. That encounter had no issues. The young man was pleasant, fast and provided me quality service. Repair technicians on the other had is a different story. I had this same water heater go out twice in 18 months for the same issue. This last time I told my tenant. to call me when the technician arrived.

Once "Eddie" the technician arrived my tenant was told by him that he would call me once he left to explain the issue and that the part would be overnight delivery and that he would call to confirm new appointment along with informing her she would have hot water by Tuesday the service call was a.
