This Company is only good if you don't hero anything repaired. We have had 2 Duckless units installed. The 1at one came with the new instruction if our house. Worked great for less than a year then cracked started leaking down our wall. It luckily was still under warranty so was replaced. But now actions to dress why it cracked and leaked were done.

Now just a little over a year it happened again. Tech came out said not sure why it cracked but the pipes were never insulated and that is why it's leaking. When I tried to ask how and why it was cracked I was given no answer and talked to condescending. Then I called the office why just kept padding the buck(the tech said, I was told, I don't know, ect). Then I was told I would need to pay $1800 if I want anything fixed. I would not recommend this Business. They broke my Unit and are now refusing to fix it.

I want to give a big shout out to CSM for the great work they did, and the fact they went above and beyond contacting our finance company etc! They had great communication! Jason came out to our home on 2 occasions for an estimate to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The team arrived on time and got right to work! They even helped me move some furniture I couldn't get moved out of the way by myself. They explained how to use and clean the indoor system, andshowed the outdoor unit and work they completed. We worked directly with Jason, Mara and Jason's team! Thank you!

Showed up on time job was five star there crew was top proformers cleaned up and did a steller job there office staff are very helpfull too! sales staff very informative as well meet all my needs for my install! thanks csm your the best!
