Eddie R and his assistant were very respectful and polite to my home and my child. They were looking at my a/c and fixed the horrible smell and cleaned the lint that may cause it to not work properly. Didn't take too long to help. Thanks again for your time and help. Keep up the good work.

The dispatcher I believe her name Bernadette was courteous and kept me informed on the status of the technician, also when to expect him. Carlos was professional, on time and very informative after explaining what he was going to do he showed me where the Blockage was and provided me with all my options. Overall this is my second time using Cartwright plumbing and both times have been positive (given the circumstances) and will use and recommend this company.

I had some communication issues with the home office, however it was during this period of COVID Supply Constraints. Paul, the technician, was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, professional, and did great quality work.

Arrived home after a 10 day winter/holiday trip during a cold spell to find our tankless hot water heater not working. We also have radiant heat flooring. So, no hot water and no heat.with temps in the 20's. Called Mario at Cartwright's and he was kind, courteous, and had someone scheduled to come out the same day. Paul showed up later the same day to do the work, identified the issues, and was able to run to back to the shop to get parts and get us back up and running immediately. Great guys, super friendly, and punctual. Will be using again to descale our system and in the future if any new problems arise.

Carlos, Israel, and Dennis did a fantastic job finding and repairing an outside underground leak at our home. It needed a lot of digging! They worked very hard and were very pleasant to work with and kept us informed. Highly recommended! Service: Plumbing leak detection

We have an old furnace, and on a Sunday in December we woke up to a very cold house. I called Cartwright's Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. Their answering service was polite and sympathetic to my problems and promised to have a service person call within the hour. I had to call back an hour later, but was assured that a serviceman would call me soon. Paul called me within 15 minutes and gave me a run down on the cost and any additional costs if extra parts were needed.

When Paul arrived he went straight to work on our furnace and did a thorough inspection of all the parts. He determined the issue and explained what he did to fix the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable. I fully recommend Cartwright's and Paul. They have some additional costs for weekends and after hours, but are well worth the price.

Cartwright's Plumbing Heating & Cooling has provided me with an exceptional and timely experience on a water leak underneath my Tankless Water Heater. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of both Paul and Hector, as well as with Camille in the office to get me scheduled ASAP. I tried several other "plumbers" in the local area and never received a callback or had to wait 3-5 days for an opening to get someone here to look at the issues.
