I had an issue with everything backing up to toilet downstairs. I had one company that came out and did not fix the issue. I called Buzzell and they came out the same day. Fixed my issue and very professional. Thank you all for the great service! Service: Cleaning

Today while at a shop, I witnessed a man who claimed he was a manager at buzzel treat a employee of.the shop extremly rude and disrespectful. I had seen this man come in, and told a extended wait time existed due to staffing issues. He was told he could wait drop or wait. after waiting he approached another man at counter(not the one who checked him in) and started asking when and how long.

When this man explained again they were short staffed and trying as hard as they can, he become upset about wait, cursing at the young guy behind counter, amd asked for.keys. Extremely unprofessional and poor.example of how to act. The gentleman handled the compliant well, told the guy sry, that he understood and sorry. guy again continued and gentleman asked him to refrain from speaking thag way as he was not.being disrespectful or.rude. and than handedhim keys, thanked him and told him have a great day. Excellent response. From business, poor.from the Bu, zdll employee.

I would give zero stars if possible! DO NOT let anyone from this company work on your house. They do just enough to get by, leave you with nothing but issues down the road and do not stand behind their work, at all! These positive reviews are allpeople who recently used their services and have not had time for their work to show itself. Check out their reviews on Yelp. Not one positive review!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Value One of the knobs was leaking in the shower, they diagnosed the problem & returned a few days later to replace the knobs, they were 40 mins. late, one of the guys didn't even speak & thought he was about to walk through my house, they tracted up my floor and stained my tub with their shoes.

I used them for a plumbing issue. One very knowledable team addressed the issue and another team came to fix Craig, aka Lucky and Ryan aka Fat Boy were amazing. They offered helpful advice on how to keep roots in surrounding area away. I love using this company, as they have Always fixed the issue. well worth the money. You definitely get what you pay for.

Mr Deven Tripp was Very professional. Answered all my questions when asked. Worked tirelessly to ensure the job was completed in a timely fashion. Was neat and clean, took the necessary steps to make sure everything was cleaned up and even hauled away the trash. We've had an ongoing leak that we couldn't find. We had Buzzell come out twice and do fixes and we thought we finally had it fixed, until it started dripping again yesterday morning! Today they sent out Tim, and he was the self proclaimed leak finder! He was definitely stumped for a little while (it was leaking above where there should be water!), but wouldn't give up until he found the leak!

He finally figured it out, diagnosed how it was happening (condensation in the pipes), and got a fix in place! We definitely appreciate Tim's thoroughness. He kept apologizing for having to cut into our wall, but we knew beforehand that was probably the only way we would figure it out! He was clean and tried to make sure the drywall pieces cut were able to be put back with minimal effort. We are very thankful to Buzzell and especially Tim!

Never use Buzzell for heating and air! Did I say never? Never! They put a 16 Seer 4 ton system in my 3200 sq foot home. My unit never shut off and had more sweat/ condensation on the air handler and ducting that you can understand. The 4 ton system was severely undersized and they should know that! I just had to put a new system in at 6 years! Yes house is 6 years old.

I called Buzzell knowing I was going to need a new HVAC system to be installed. Mark Buzzell came to the house within 30 minutes of the call. He later presented me a list of 6 HVAC units and their cost. We sat down and discussed the pro's and con's of the different units. I made my decision and three days later I had a new HVAC unit installed. One of the things that impressed me was that Mark Buzzell himself came out to help with the install.

I've never seen that level of commitment before when the owner of the company comes to the job site to assist his technicians. The total job which required removing and replacing the outside unit as well as the air handler took them less than 6 hours. I would highly recommend using Buzzel Heating and Air for any A/C needs you have.
