Butler Heating & Air

Took a bit to get a service man out but that's to be expected in a missouri summer. He was friendly and fast. It wasn't super expensive and the office lady was always kind.

Our house was hit by lightning and a fire resulted in our geothermal unit. Butler heating and air responded immediately and started working on it. They had to replace the entire unit and the owner himself came out multiple times to insure all was going well. The work was perfect and lots of pride was shown to make sure everything was as it should be.

The caring and professionalism was just amazing. This is how all business's should operate! I could not think of a single thing they needed to improve upon. Good, honest folks that do what they say they are going to do!

I have been using BHA since I moved to West Plains 4 years ago. The annual service contract is cost effective and done as scheduled each year. When emergency service is needed, the response is quick and repairs are made in a timely manner to get my unit back in service. All associates from the front office to the front lines are courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend BHA for all HVAC needs.

The two gentlemen who came out were early, found a loose connection in electrical, were courteous and patient with 4 dogs. It was easy to pay for over the phone and my mom now has central heat and air. Service: Heating system installation

We had Butler replace the motor on our unit back in January. But we only got a 30 day warranty. They should guarantee their work for more than 30 days. It took more than the 30 days to see a big difference in our total light bill. It has gone up. Nothing else has changed in our household but that. We called the electric company to see if they raised their rates.

They stated they have not raised their rates. Then the representative gave us a list of possible issues, one being that the motor could of been wired up wrong. Butler now wants to charge us another service call charge to come look at their own work. Will not use Butler ever again. After all, they are not the only game in town.

We would like to thank Butler Heating and Air for another positive and timely experience for recent repairs to our system. From the first call through the front office to the service and billing department we are always greeted and treated in a professional manner. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
