DON'T USE BTU MANAGEMENT, THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I had BTU come out to take a look at my furnace that was no longer working correctly. The technician came out and took a quick look at the furnace and declared it was too old to be looked at or worked on. That it had to be replaced simply because of its age. Its a really old furnace from '87, but he refused to look at it.

The only thing he looked at was the thermostat wires. I had just installed a new thermostat hoping it would fix the issues I was having but it didn't. I explained this to him and he said the thermostat must have been installed incorrectly and wouldn't work correctly anyway even if it was installed correctly, his reason being because I bought it from a hardware store and not through an HVAC company.

It's a two wire Honeywell thermostat. I definitely installed it correctly, and it wasn't cheap. He looked at the thermostat and said it looked right but I must have done something wrong and that's why I was having issues. I asked him if he could look at the furnace and just find out what the exact issue is. He was very vague, went between the issue being my thermostat, to the age of the furnace. nothing specific.

He obviously wanted to leave very quickly. I was still asking questions as he was walking out the door. I even asked if he could PLEASE just look at the furnace to make me feel better. But he refused and left. The technician was only at my house for 15 minutes MAX, that is me being generous. No exaggeration. It was very clear BTU only sent him out to get me to spend $3k+ to get a new furnace installed.

I also felt that the technician was rude, insinuating I wouldn't know how to install a simple thermostat because I am a young female. I'm not stupid. And after all that, I was charged $116. I complained to the company and they decided they'd knock $23 off the bill. But I am still left to pay $92. Maybe I shouldn't complain because they knocked some off the bill, but $92 dollars for absolutely nothing! Just to be treated like an idiot for 10 minutes. I do not recommend this company. Save your money and go somewhere else.

These people new theres an issue here with AC unit and still invoice me for recharge for the 3rd time. And now theyve had me on a waiting period for over a week and its ridiculous. I could have gone else where instead of telling me at the very last minutes that they wont be able to get me in AGAIN for the 4th time. Very unprofessional. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

The gentleman that came out, was very nice. He was also very honest on what was happening with our furnace. The price was very reasonable. It was also nice that they were able to make it out so quickly, since we have young children here. He had our furnace up and running within an hour. He also took the time to get it all cleaned up. We will definitly be using their company in the future.

Called two weeks ago to have the furnace they installed 12 years ago inspected and cleaned. I was told they are only making emergency appointments right now. They would call me when they are in the area. Seems like a lot of emergencies and a long time to wait for them to be in the area. Getting less and less impressed.

Our furnace went out on a Wednesday, and we had a brand new furnace by Thursday. Sabrina was very receptive and responsive to my concerns on the phone, and Rose and Kayla were prompt in sending me requested information. Corey went above and beyond, making two trips out to lend us heaters and install a filter. The installers were respectful and professional. I would highly recommend BTU.

They installed new heating and ac and left gaps between new and old ducts. Raccoons were able to enter ducts from these gaps. Called to get repairs and was told they would call back when scheduled. That was 7 weeks ago. Still waiting for callback. Will never use this company again.

AC went out at my office (a rental) and they were pretty good to deal with. The office staff was a bit flighty and didn't call back like they said they would. The tradesman got the AC going with the temporary fix that the landlord ok'd. Also ordered a part for the furnace that needed replaced since he was there. It's been almost a month and still haven't heard back on that part for the furnace. It's not like I need it done right now, I just would like communication and things finished up so it's not still on the to do list.

I hired BTU for 2 projects involving tankless heaters, the estimates were competitive. Communication was a little hard before starting the project (I had to e-mail twice for every question before I got 1 answer). The work quality was exceptional, Shawn the installer technician did a gr8 job.

I bought a new HVAC system (heat and air) and a humidifier for the furnace. I had the duct work already there from my old system. I called and got an estimate right away. The guys came out and installed the heat and humidifier in less than a month. Really good guys and fast. I highly recommend a humidifier built into your heat. They said they would be back in the spring to install the A/C.

The next spring the same 2 guys came out and installed the air. The only problem I had was with one of the owners, Corey. He took my money fast enough, but when I had a small problem with the humidifier, he wouldnt call me back. I complained enough and he finally came out. Turns out it was a 5 minute fix. Same thing for my A/C. Corey wouldnt return my calls in the spring to install it. His communication skills are horrible. Its a good thing that he has good people working for him. If it wasnt for Corey, I would have given 5 stars.
