Since 1881, Brauer Supply Company has been working to provide quality products and services at competitive prices to the construction industry, and commercial and industrial businesses in the St. Louis area, out-state Missouri, eastern Kansas, northern Arkansas, and southern Illinois.

Very poor people skills, they also need to update web site. Site says they have parts for Ruud units they got unpleasant when I asked for parts for my unit.

I only went there once as they aren't one of the supply stores that are in my usual areas, but the gentlemen there were quite helpful. I have nothing bad to say of this venue.

Great place to find mechanical insulation supplies, huge inventory and friendly staff. Not the cheapest place in town.

My HVAC technician installed some HVAC equipment that came from this supplier. Took several MONTHS for them to acknowledge my issues and concerns. I spent over 40 hours of my own company time documenting extreme temp and humidity issues to get them to even consider replacing the brand new unit under warranty. (Forty hours is a lot of lost productivity in my small business!) I have since sent multiple emails to their company in reference to my concerns and they will NOT answer my emails or calls. Very disappointed.
