New AC didn't work and service coming after heatwave ends. Bob's installed and heat pump and 2 ductless heads. Had our first heat wave over a weekend. Tried the AC for the first time on Sunday and it didn't work. Called and left message Sunday. Called again on Monday Morning was told everyone was already booked. If you choose to have Bob's install your AC, check it before you need it.

Excellent lead technician for the install. He needed more than just his one assistant to help the job move faster, the install ended up taking about 12 hours. They were friendly and addressed concerns or questions immediately. Small issue with the electrical install which was then fixed in a couple of days. The team was very responsive and engaging in working with me for all scenarios of where to place the outside unit. One of the permits was not included in my original packet, but again they fixed the issue quickly.

I needed help with finalizing a permit for an air conditioner. The city was not helpful with how to get the paperwork for the request filled in, there were questions that were out of my scope of knowledge. Lucinda from the permit department at Bob's Heating walked me through each step of the city forms. We were able to get the job complete and I am a happy customer. The team that installed my A/C were on time, were professional, they worked their butts off from morning until late in the evening and cleaned up after themselves like I could not believe. This is an old fashioned shout out to Bob's Heating and Air Conditioning in Woodinville. They are my top go to firm now in the Northshore area. You ask why? Imagine waking up at night hearing the furnace fan sound like a prop plane crash-landing in your basement. Pure panic. After getting the run around from a bigger, more media focused firm for two weeks, we went local and called Bob's H&AC. Instantly, there were two highly skilled technicians at my door to survey the unit, reassure me that the world was not ending, and order the part.

They even came back the next day with the part to complete the repair. What? Did this positive happy experience really happen in post covid 2022? Yup. These Bob's H&AC technicians are polite, professional, and clearly love their jobs. So, a huge thank you goes out to Mr. Trevor Williams and Mr. Frederick Lansana. In sum total, you guys made my day. I will forever recommend Bob's H&AC as the local H&AC company for local residents to call.

I had Bob's come out for a tankless water heater estimate. I was having a lot of problems getting hot water, and Tyler, the estimator, educated me on how to fix my tank settings to get more got water. I took his advice and it worked line a charm. I replaced my old water heater instead, and saved over 50% on what the cost of a tankless would be! The installers were also very professional, efficient, and conscientious of their work. I highly recommend this company for your water heater needs!

Can I begin to tell you how much I love these guys. Caleb has came out and saved our biscuits a couple times now. Most notably was when my home warranty company dispatched another HVAC company to come and assess my heater, their recommendation was to replace my ENTIRE furnace. I called Bob's for another opinion, turns out we just needed to order/replace a part. I will gladly pay 600$ over 4000$ everyday. They won my eternal business while I am in Merced and they are open!

After a terrible experience with a competitor, I hired Bob's to repair my furnace since they're an authorized Bryant dealer. Besides having to wait 9 days for a part order, I give the service a solid thumbs up. The techs approached investigating the issue in an organized way and were able to isolate multiple failures in the system, making it atypically challenging. A competitor's tech gave up and told me to get a new furnace.

We had an issue with our dryer vent being clogged and causing moisture to build up in our wall. I ended up cutting a hole in the wall after my finger poked through. I called several businessed from roofers to heat and air companies and not one would help me. Either my roof was too tall or they didn't clean vents or I had to solve the water problem before they would come look. Bob's not only treated me with such kindness and professionalism, they fixed the issue with zero difficulty and even arranged to have my drywall fixed. Their customer service is absolutely unmatched in the area. Everyone was absolutely wonderful to work with, and I would choose them again in a heartbeat.

Worst service experience, very unprofessional and zero honor of their promise. Short story, I have contacted them on July 2021 with a quote for Central AC for my house. They said I could take a 20% discount if install between Oct - Feb so I take the opportunity to do it. Then at the time of service, they said there's no system left to install so instead I need to call back in March 2022. Well, I gave them a call back today and the schedule need to be after May but there's no discount possible for us. My worst mistake is to trust them for the discount and waited instead of moving on with other quotes I had.

Our 1970 heating and cooling system had run itself into the ground! I met with 4-different in the Puget Sound area furnace companies. Bob's price was the best! So in comparison to value Bob's top of the list. October 2021 we paid the deposit and because of supply chain issues "this is a real barrier" install didn't happen until March 2022. Yep 4-months - this is just the way things are right now. Patience is key and the wait is worth it!

The 3-day install process is a big undertaking and included: 1) Eric's killer team installing the new electrical panel; 2) Jerry C's team with Mike G (a.k.a the furnace guru) and Tony Z tore out the old system and custom built venting to fit the new; and 3) the electrical team who hooked it all up. In all the project was well co-ordinated, professionally installed by competent respectful people. Pretty much all you could ask for! Old & new photos below. Good luck!

Dave S. serviced my mini-spilt this evening. He was efficient, a solid diagnostician, and gave the system the refrigerant it needed. Explained well the problem and answered my questions thoroughly. Bob's Heating installed this entire system 6 years ago and did a great job. We're very happy with them.

Bob's technicians came out to install a new water heater, central air conditioner and all the duct work required. I couldn't have been happier with the service and work I received from Bob's technicians. Three guys and a manager (Dan), came on time, made zero mess, were friendly, extremely cost-effective, experts in the work they completed, and very professional.

I assumed they would need to shut the electricity or water off to work. However, I was never adversely impacted and the electricity and hot water was available whenever I or my pet bird needed it. They wasted zero time and were able to complete the job ++ in less than two days. Although I had considered booking a hotel room, I NEVER FELT ANY DISRUPTION WITH THEM WORKING THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE AND GARAGE.

They were also super careful about keeping my door closed between the garage and the house and not tracking in even minimal dirt. They laid drop cloths and constantly cleaned up after themselves. I was most surprised that even though the replacement water heater was a totally different size and model, they were able to create new ductwork and exhaust "y piping" from scratch to fit the new water heater for absolutely minimal cost.

I was also surprised how fancy and secure the slab was for the air conditioning unit. They even installed a plug at the unit so that when it was serviced in the future, the maintenance person would have a convenient plug on hand. Bob's Heating and Air Woodinville is all about quality, quality, quality work and great customer service. I was so impressed!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! One of the worst vendors I've dealt with. My AC has been unresponsive over a year and the company has gone from we will completely address this to going cold on their promise with the equipment still being very much under warranty. I've called multiple times and tried to get someone to talk to me but all I get are false promises.

A service technician came out and acknowledged the problem as he was able to see it as well and said the company will take care of fixing this (a year ago). At one point they got one of their bosses Mr. Kalin to personally text me and tell me they completely understand the problem and he will personally ensure this issue gets addressed (this was a year ago) and then my follow ups with him have been ignored ever since.

I have the entire chat transcript to prove this. Such a disappointing experience and I would strongly suggest not to work with this company who sell you a substandard product and do nothing about servicing it if things go wrong. Please avoid them at all costs. I wish I could give them less than one star.

DO NOT USE BOBS HEATING. They installed a furnace in my attic in 2004 & was too lazy to install the cover on the furnace, so it was left exposed. They came out to my house in 2018 & noted the problem, but again, still left the furnace exposed. Now my house is pending for sale & the appraiser called out the furnace as a problem, so we had to delay. closing because of this 1 problem.

So my realtor and I reached out for appt, Bob's technician came to the house & still couldn't get the cover on. We told them we've delayed an extra week so it is time sensitive. however, NO UPDATE from technician/manager after 6 DAYS after their visit. Not even "we're working on this, trying to figure it out. etc" - simply NO UPDATE. So I brought a DIFFERENT furnace contractor out who fixed this issue in one visit. Bob's heating couldn't even fix their own product or bother to respond to their customer. We do not recommend this company to anyone.

I called today to have my heat pump serviced after extensive AC use this summer and they told me "we are not accepting new clients at this time" and "call the Better Business Bureau and look up a A+ company and call them". I guess I should have ignored their radio adds to call them for service. Needless to say I will not be calling them ever again. UPDATE: The response from Bob's to my post is completely understandable.

That in itself would have been all the person I spoke needed to say. I would not have written my review above had he said that. For that I apologize because that is a real issue every business is struggling with. A certain demographic has made it hard to find workers when they pay people to not work.

With the heat getting worse each passing year, we finally decided to ditch our portable air conditioning units and go for central air. We called on a few heating and cooling companies for a quote and Bob's came back with the most reasonable price. They were booked months out so we had to wait 2 months to be scheduled. The day finally came and the technicians came in the morning and were done by the evening!

My only complaint was they did not clean up before they left (they had to cut through the exterior and interior walls). Other than that, I highly recommend Melissa and the team!

After submitting the form for a call back several times over the last year, my wife called in to schedule heating and A/C servicing in our new construction home. She had to wait 5+ minutes for someone to answer (why I used their form for a callback). Once answered, she was told we probably shouldn't use the form and calling would have been. faster. okay?

And that the reason we didn't receive a call back is because they are not accepting new customers at this time. So why have a form on your website and ask us to call to schedule an appointment? Don't waste your time with this terrible company.

We've got a quote to replace a furnace back in May. They asked to call back to make an appointment to install. Then, I have called 4-5 times over three months only to hear that the technician would call back. They never did. After the 6th call, they told me the technician is on vacation and is gone for a while and I have to make a new appointment to get another quote because that quote is now expired. The new appointment to get a new quote is November. Unbelievable.

I had a heat pump installed little over a year ago. And the heat pump won't maintain temperature we set. I would not recommend this company they do not come out in a timely manner to repair work and they have done really bad install work.

I had two ductless mini-splits installed in my duplex by Bob's last week. I'm glad I got the bid a few months ago! The team was very communicative, and arrived on time each day of the installation. I appreciated that afterwards, Brandon (their lead installer for my job) explained that they had not needed to use two pumps, so they quickly took that off my final bill. Highly recommend this company and their services!

Their sales team is awesome. There were lots of promises up front and confirming that the company that I worked with to install the furnace that is being replaced was horrible and that I'm making a great move in upgrading to Bob's. Then the communication went nowhere once the sale was made. Installation was fine aside from the impressively overpriced thermostat (I bought one on my own and the installation team helped me install it. that saved me almost $200). Bob's automatically signs you up for a year of free filters. and then they don't ship them out on time. I've had to contact them no less than a dozen times (phone, email, online request) to come out and perform the system test that they say is required and I have paid for and I'm 3 months out and they finally returned my call when I pulled the "Let me know if you want to still do business with me" attitude on the message.

So yeah. they talk $#!T about B&H but their follow-up service is just as "good" as anyone else's. I will pay for someone else to install and service any other furnaces that I ever purchase.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Came for scheduled service of 2 furnaces. 35 min later they guy hands me a piece of paper with a bunch of scribble on it and says that will be $400. At least take the time to explain what your customer is paying for. When asked, he said 2 filters which will be mailed and a bunch of tests. Oh but it won't be the right size filter so sorry but I've never seen that size. I've currently been on hold with this company for over 18 min - no one has picked up the phone. I'm getting a quote from these guys for new AC but will not use them and will discontinue existing services.

Ron and other service techs are super nice, professional, clean and neat. They call before they arrive. They wear booties. They are considerate of the property. They are thorough. I called Bob's heating in April to do the estimate for my house. Today the technician called me and said I am on my way, but the appointment is not today. The technician said he will report the office and see if they can reschedule. I waited for half an hour and called them directly. The 1st representative kept saying we don't have people available on that day you want. Hey, I did appointment in April just because I know you are busy in summer.

If I know I can easily book an appointment, I can call you anytime, not in April! Sounds like that's totally my fault. After 20 mins, the original appointment coordinator called me, but still the same can answer. She tried coordinating other estimate appointments to see if they can swap. After 5 mins, they just said we can let our sister company to call you - of course it never happen.

If you schedule an appointment with Bob's heating, you had better call them every day to confirm they wouldn't show up surprisingly. And they are not liable to this kind of mistake. It's all your risk!

Amazing service and staff. They helped us so quickly- we are so grateful for them. They saved my mom during a crazy cold spell. They have amazing communication skills and I honestly cannot put into words how much I love them. 3 years ago - they replaced our furnace. I highly recommend them.

5 stars on Customer Service - I mean they followed up with a 5$ coffee gift card after services were completed to thank us! They didn't have to! Purchase was done, but they did and that was super thoughtful! I like ppl that thank us after stuff is done, shows it goes beyond purchase and they care about customer service! They are super expensive for air conditioners!

Would give them a 3 stars on price point but I am NOT knocking stars because the quality and service outweighs the price point! They have always been excellent on services! Each and every person that has come home have been great! Taking opportunity to thank u for the ppl that attended my heating issues! Every single one has been fantastic! Thanks for my coffee gift card!

I had a great experience with Bob's Heating today. I called late afternoon yesterday and they were here by 10am the next day The tech was early, professional, and knowledgeable. My furnace stopped working due to some old wiring in the wall. The guy was here for about an hour and the bill was only $150! Bob's is my new go to for anything heating or cooling. Super happy

Kody and Sam came to our house to see what's going on with our furnace after our power went out and the furnace wouldn't come on! I can't say enough how this company has earned our business! Very professional and knowledgeable. Prompt timing, showed up when they were scheduled!(it was kind of an emergency and they came out very quickly even with the snow and short notice) Took the time to educate us on what they were doing as well as a detailed invoice. We will be using this company for our duct cleaning, maintenance for our furnace, ac and water heater needs! Thank you Bobs heating & air conditioning!

They refused to do an annual check/service on my 21 year old furnace. Its in good shape and works fine. They offered to provide a price to replace it which I didn't ask for. Never stated the policy. Wasted my day to arrange for the visit. Things must be going well to put this kind of unstated policy in place. Disappointed. I will have to look elsewhere after quite a few years.

In 2013, I purchased a brand new furnace from Bob's Heating. Quite simply, what they installed was a poor quality product with defective parts. Rather than being concerned with the quality of product they install, they only care about making money from customers. Two years later, in December 2015, they came to "fix" the problem. However, by March of 2016, the gas valve was once again not working.

After paying another $335, I called the manager being frustrated by installation errors causing disruption every year. I explained to him the situation and my growing frustration and asked for a credit for faulty product and service. He proceeded to get angry with me and blamed me for lack of regular maintenance. I stopped asking and hung up the phone. However, in October, 2019, I was once again left with no heat.

I called Bob again to request service. The person who answered said they had a note in the system to refuse service to me for refusal to pay! I was refused service based on a lie. I then called Even Flo and the technician came and evaluated. The inducer mortar was now stuck. This cost me ANOTHER $270 and labor. I fixed but still not working. After yet another diagnosis, the gas valve is not opening.

He said he now have to replace the gas valve. The same gas valve I replaced 2016 from Bob's Heating. No coincidence that his installed product continues to fail. Today, it was the mortar valve again, always something that has failed from Bob's services. Don't waste your time or money with Bob's Heating - poor service, poor quality product and poor work.
