We are very cautious whenever we have any work done in our home since we have had issues in the past with contractors, Bob's Climate Control was recommended to us by an acquaintance and we are very happy with the installation of our new HVAC. From the beginning they were very honest with us about the time line and product. Pricing was fair and they even gave us a portable unit to use in the interim.
They gave us a date arrived on time absolutely no issues, cleaned up afterwards and we have been enjoying our new system. I highly recommend Bob's Climate Control, we will definitely be using them in the future for yearly maintenance on our HVAC system.

Great experience with Bob and his team. Explained the issue with our current system. Gave us options to repair or replace. Based on age of system it was financially smarter to replace. We are so happy with Bob's Climate Control, a small family owned local business in the area! We recently purchased a home and come to find out the furnace needed to be replaced and wouldn't you know it would happen during the coldest time of winter. Bob came out for a quote. We had two other quotes. His was the best as far as fitting into our budget.
We moved forward and he came a few days later to replace the furnace. Exceptional work and he went over and explained in detail everything that was done. And just recently, we had our ac system also replaced. Same great quality of service! What was even better was that we thought we would have to wait a little longer for the ac system to be installed because of supply and demand, parts not being accessible, and this being a busy time of year, but Bob was able to fit us in to come a week later and day earlier for the installation!
We were pleasantly surprised because that day was so hot! Thankfully, we were able to have air conditioning that night as Bob got the system in within a few hours! He even came back the same night as we thought we had an issue with the water hose but it ended up being my husband's fault. This just goes to show that Bob's Climate Control will not leave you high and dry when they're finished.
They will be there for you. We will continue to use this company for all of our maintenance, service and repairs. The level of service from start to finish from the initial phone call, to the quote, the follow up calls from Marie, to the prompt appointments, installations and then explanation of what was done, we couldn't be more satisfied! Our AC has been failing since last summer. Had it serviced from a different company twice and it was finally determined that the condenser had gone bad. This was on a Wednesday right before a heatwave was coming on a Friday. The company that I had called out to service said they would not be able to get a guy out until the following week to give us an estimate on a new unit.
A friend recommended Bob's so I gave him a call that Thursday and left a message. Marie called me back within 30 minutes saying Bob could come out that evening. Bob showed up and verified that the condenser was bad. He recommended several options and by no means did he try to sell me something I didn't need. He said he would install anything we wanted, but we went with his recommendation and I am so glad we did.
He gave us a great unit at an amazing price. 4K less than one of quotes we were given ( a week later). Not only that but Bob, Marie and his son made it a priority to at least get the AC condenser ordered and installed that Friday so we had AC that weekend. They all went above and beyond. Do not hesitate to call Bob's. A great company and even better people to deal with.

My AC was not working properly during the weekend and it's supposed to be extremely hot this week. I called Bob's Climate Control and they were very fast in responding to my message. This a great team. The woman on the phone is very helpful and Bob is very professional. He was able to help us get our AC working back to normal in no time. Today I was walking my dog and came across another dog off leash that was heading towards us. I was scared, I was trapped and did not know what to do. I looked down the street and Bob was heading towards us I mouthed to him "Help" and he did not hesitate.he immediately pulled his truck between the dog and me and my dog, hopped out of his truck and put my dog inside, I got in and he drove us home.
I was grateful that Bob did not hesitate to stop to help me! That speaks volumes for his character! After reading his other reviews, I don't doubt that he conducts his business with honesty and integrity! I would not hesitate to utilize his services! Thank you Bob!

Earlier this week, I had my heating and air conditioning units replaced by Bob's Climate Control. Bob and his assistants were very professional. They wore masks while inside and outside of my home. They protected my hard wood floors and carpeting with cloth covering and cleaned the inside and outside areas where they were working before leaving my home. Bob thoroughly explained to me how operate both units and his Office Manager, Marie phoned me the following day to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend Bob's Climate Control to anyone who is in need of heating and/or air conditioning service.
