Brandi does a lot of work behind the scenes, taking care of our warranty department and fills in wherever she is needed. We are blessed to have her when she isn't busy doing one of her many hobbies. Debby has been with us since 2013 and works the front office and also does the dispatching of our service techs.

Lennox is proud to introduce our new community program, Feel The Love. Formerly known as Heat UP ND, Feel The Love allows Lennox partners to support local communities by providing our neighbors-in-need with a new furnace, just in time for the cold weather season. Feel The Love works to support deserving families or individuals in their community who would benefit from a new piece of heating equipment installed prior to the winter weather season, and the program relies on nominations from the community to determine each year's recipients.
In 1977 Bruce Bakkegard started a small part-time heating and cooling business in Valley City as a means to supplement his teaching income. They were a Lennox dealer from the start. Mike bought out Bruce in 2001, but decided to keep the already well-established name of Bakkegard & Schell. The business continued to expand and progress as things changed in the heating and cooling industry.

We are a home building contactor who uses Bakkegard & Schell - Lennox for all of our projects (Over 20+). They are clean, professional, and carry a product that performs to the utmost standards. They have always been efficient to meet our schedules and timelines. Got an estimate for a furnace install and they said it would be around 3 weeks before they could get to it and I gave them the go-ahead. Long story short. 3 months later and they were still jerking me along and gave every excuse in the book for not getting to the job. Finally had to pull the plug and find someone else to install my furnace.
