Shortly after purchasing our home, Tim's team replaced an aging and inefficient hot water boiler and water heater with a new high efficiency condensing boiler and indirect fired water heater. His technicians were well-organized, efficient and the team lead was very knowledgeable about how to configure the advanced technology that controls these units for our home.

Our HVAC system is getting old and we're trying to keep it running until we decide on a suitable replacement. Understandably it's going to need occasional repairs. Twice in the last six months we've needed professional help with the repairs. Once for the furnace and once for the AC. The AC problem was not an easy one to find. Mark was dispatched both times and did a great job of quickly diagnosing the problem and repairing it. I trust Bagniefski and highly recommend them. They are true professionals. Thanks Mark.

After another local company left us for days without heat when our boiler failed during the coldest weeks of this year, I called Bagniefski. Lance was at our house within 10 minutes and we had a plan within a day for a boiler replacement and redesign of our system so that we would not only be up and running but more efficient! The team that came to install was professional and respectful.
They adhered to COVID protocol and masked when they couldn't distance, which was important to us as we have multiple vulnerable folks in our house. The team allowed me to be a part of the install process as our system is unique (has a solar water heater component to it). They helped us get a new thermostat up and running and then trained me on how to fine tune the new system to get the most of what we wanted out of it.
Overall it was a great experience and the job was well done and clean. We are very pleased with the product we received as well. IBC boilers have a very good standing and have an excellent efficiency rating. Nicely done Bagniefski. When we need a replacement AC unit, you better believe that we will be returning to them.

I called late Friday morning because my furnace was very unusually loud and I wanted to make sure it wouldn't go out over the weekend when it was going to get below zero. I was thankful they could look at it and James called me to let me know when he was coming. I have used Bagniefski before but this was the first time James had come. He was very knowledgeable and very quick to figure out the problem and get it fixed.
I was very happy with the professionalism, speed, customer service, and how he went above and beyond. I was also very appreciative that he was honest about fixing it and not saying I needed a new furnace when I didn't. I will request James next time! Highly recommend!

These folks installed an AC for us last summer, and recently installed a new furnace to replace an oil heat furnace with natural gas. The owner (Tim) and service professionals who visited our home were so impressive, caring, and went truly above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for us. Our only not-stunningly-positive experience (which was small) was the communication and interactions with the office manager were not clear or customer-focused. Willing to deal with that for all the other VERY positive experiences and the quality of the service overall.

From the moment that we called for an estimate to the install, totally amazing. Tim did the estimate, easy to talk to, very personable, professional and knowledgeable. So very happy to have worked with this group of people. The installers were courteous, had no problems with all my questions as they kept working. Started in the morning and by early afternoon our old furnace was removed, new one installed, new thermostat and all ductwork needed was complete.
We are looking forward to seeing them come back in the spring to finish up with the air conditioning. Sorry for such a book, but just can't say enough as to how happy we are with this company! Thank you so very much!
