Horrible experience. Brand new furnace installed by AZ Comfort Systems last winter. And now this winter it doesn't work. Their installation was horrible, the vent they installed didn't fit and they left my house messy. I have to pay a lot more just to have them diagnose the problem, when it's their fault. It seems like a scam to me. I'm furious.

Auhsten G did a great job all around in removing, cleaning vents/ducts, and re-installing everything. He was very helpful, courteous & professional. He was able to answer all my questions & concerns while also making recommendations. I will use ACS again & would recommend their services. My only negative would be that as I had paid for the gold package, it only covers up to 12 vents, while each additional vent costs $50 to clean (I had 18 total vents), which seems high as I'm already paying $750+ for the service.

I'm so glad that I called AZ Comfort Systems to come and perform HVAC & Humidity maintenance on our office build. Gilbert was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done and showed me pictures. I felt very confident that he was doing what he needed to do. I've worked with another company that would come out and supposedly "fix" a problem and we would have to call them right back to "fix" the problem again. They would never explain their procedures to me. Thank you Gilbert for taking the time to talk through everything with me.

Robert M provided exceptional customer service repairing the A/C on our heat pump system. He's a real pro and took time to explain the problem and how he was going to repair it. We have had large projects over the years. I didn't buy from Arizona Comfort I bought the entire system from their employees, such as Raymond and Austin. They are priceless in there work ethic, knowledge and courteous manor. These very fine service Employees have Made Arizona Comfort an Outstanding business. We could have had a more knowledgeable and professional pair of installers, than, Tyler W. and Matt. Great work ethics and personality. Juan, the area supervisor and Quality Control director is the best. I am sure that he also makes Arizona Comfort the best.

Today a few guys came out to change out our swamp cooler for an A/C. They arrived at about 9 am and did not leave until the job was completed (about 7 pm). I cannot thank you enough for all your hard work. Its cool in my house for the first time in over a month! Highly recommend!

Super good at educating us into what would be the best options for our older single wide mobile home. They took the time and made sure that we were happy with our decision. The installation was a Daikin mini. split and we are still pinching ourselves how awesome it works! In April we had another local company install a unit that was horrific. It was unable to cool the house and the noise was so bad that we literally would rather sit outside in the heat than be in the house.

They didn't see a problem with the install. Meeting up with the Arizona comfort system people was the best thing that's happened to us in 2020. From the office staff to the technicians and installers it's been an incredibly professional, pleasant experience. 5 star recommend.
