Long term customer who's always used ANC for furnace maintenance and heating needs. They put in a new furnace for me a few years back and have even cleaned by ductwork. Needed ventless AC put in. Made an appointment, Lloyd came out. We had a great visit and assessment. Was promised a quoted in 2-3 days. The quote never came and neither did a return call. I placed 4 calls asking for the quote, nobody ever called back.

Sent them a message on their website Monday night about an issue with our AC unit. They called me and then sent someone out early Tuesday morning and were able to get us back up and running. They installed a new furnace for us last year and have done our PM for the past few years and are always prompt, professional and courteous. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system repair

Ken and Jake were there for me for a very long and frustrating day finding multiple heat pipe leaks in challenging locations and a water logged expansion tank. They were determined to stick with it until I had heat in my home once again even when it meant having to leave twice to secure more parts. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with our ANC experience. The sales person was very helpful and answered a LOT of questions from us. The installation crew - Mike and Jordan - were outstanding! They were very professional and knowledgeable. They took care to hide wires, show us photos, and to make the installation look as pleasing as possible.

I scheduled a furnace cleaning five weeks ago long story short ANC missed my appointment on a Friday. However ANC made it right! When I called the office and spoke with Donna she put me on the schedule for Saturday for a no charge furnace cleaning. Frank the technician came out a few hours later and did a great job. He was very polite and knowledgeable.
