No show to three appointments. Just call if your are not going to show. Ignored the many request for a call 30 minutes before arriving. The owner arrived unannounced on job site and clearly not informed on air conditioners. They only have two technicians and are a very small company based on what their secretary said. Avoid this company. You will regret working with them as I did. I'd give them 0 Stars if possible.

My air conditioner went down on a Sunday and after 3 days of promises from First American Home Warranty, 3 different confirmations that someone would be out here (in 111 degree weather) I made 1 call to ANACAPA and an angel named Brian who showed up as scheduled and on time and promptly replaced the part and the air conditioner was up and running within an hour. I am so pleased with the service, professionalism and courtesy from him that I would recommend ANACAPA (especially Brian) to all in Ventura county!

Anacapa Heating & Air did a great job. I have a house built in 1987 and the heater went out. Kevin, the owner came out to give me an estimate personally. We ended up getting a new heater and air conditioning unit he did not try to up-sell us It was the best decision. Everything works great. Anacapa gave us a great price, cleaned up every day. Great technicians. I will definitely use them again!
