Critical: Professionalism, Value Charged for a maintenance contract and didn't do any cleaning of the system. The technician lied to me and told me I needed a new system and that it was going to require 8lbs of freon, when the system only takes 3lbs. He also quoted me a ridiculous price to try and get me to purchase a new HVAC system. Will not use them again. Service: HVAC system maintenance

We choose A.N. Roth Heating and Cooling twice a year - Spring and Fall! They have always provided us with the best service. God Bless Tom (our technician) and AN Roth! When our heating system died on a Friday morning, we were worried no one would come out and if so, they would charge us a ridiculous emergency fee and, because of the weekend, we would need to go to a hotel vs freezing in our house until the part(s) arrived days later. But thanks to AN Roth, they responded quickly, dispatched a great technician who quickly diagnosed the problem and had our heating back running in a few hours at a very reasonable cost! We, like most of you reading this, have had problems with companies being rude on the phone, not showing up, trying to upcharge us for unneeded repairs, not having parts on hand and charging ridiculous additional fees and I can honestly say that I could not be happier with AN Roth! Everyone from Susan(?) who answered the call, to Tom were friendly, PROFESSIONAL, honest, and I will highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
