Our business started with our family, a husband and wife team, and our kids. We devoted everything to this business because we believe in quality HVAC service. In 2002, shortly after the horrific act of 9/11, we started American Air HVAC based on the American pride so many of us showcase day-to-day.

I am very happy with my installation, I did installations with my dad and I know what to look for as far a good job goes. I had a Lennox unit and i had to have the coil in the blower replaced and the blower motor in 12 years. There making everything with an emphasis on efficiency not reliability. I have a ten year labor and parts warranty so im good for ten more years at least.

They came out to give me a quote on an air conditioning unit. And I was having issues with my water heater. They stated they did those too. In two days after helping me research a good price for a water heater, my water heater was installed. Chuck was very professional and had the unit installed and the old loaded before the time they had stated. Chuck did an awesome job, was very very efficient at his job. I thank you very much for getting the job done. Now I will have to buy the air conditioner from you. :

Lamar (sales) and Chelsey (customer service) went above and beyond with their professionalism and knowledge. The installers were professional, clean and efficient. Called for a service and the tech came out and was honest about the situation. Told us it could be repaired, but that there were other underlying issues. Bret came out to quote the job and I kept asking about upsizing the unit. He measured the ductwork and explained the issues I'd run into with trying to upsize the unit. I appreciated the honesty as he could have easily made an easy buck by selling me something I didn't need. Wyatt and his crew showed up to do the installation at 9:30 and were gone by 3:00.
I appreciated their eye for craftsmanship. The little details such as cross breaking the rain shield to help keep standing water from rusting it out and the condensate line bends and angles.

They were excellent listeners with great follow up. We received precisely what we needed and wanted at a fair price without any second guessing whatsoever. Excellent service, knowledgeable and efficient staff, polite and courteous. They were able to expedite my installation, and even installed our new unit 3 days earlier than expected! They offered to follow up with other vendors to ensure the job was completed for me. Awesome, awesome, awesome. And the price was much better than any competitor I talked to! Just outright great! I will always make them my first call when it comes to HVAC!

I have used American Air for over 10 years to install 4 separate systems in my home and would not hesitate to recommend this small family business to anyone. American Air is the first HVAC company we called when we needed a quote for an entire new unit and duct work. Very professional, hard working and honest family owned company. We had cold AC the first evening of the complete replacement. Very impressed with installers Michael & Wyatt. You guys were awesome! I cannot say enough great things about this company. Our 15 year old HVAC unit bit the dust right in the middle of the Dog Days of Summer and our area was dealing with days of 95 degrees and 80 percent humidity. It was miserable. We called America Air on the recommendation of several friends and they came out right away. They confirmed what we already knew that our unit was ready for the scrap pile.
Due to the heatwave and the severe storms that came with it, they were backed up and couldn't do the install for three weeks. I told them we couldn't stay in our house with temps so high so they sent out a couple techs with used parts they had around the shop and they were able to get our unit running well enough for us to tolerate the conditions.
Even though it died 3 times before they could install our new unit, all it took was a phone call and they had their people back out performing CPR to get us cooled off again. With all the trouble we were having they decided to move us up a week and have their guys do the install on a Saturday. They did this without charging us a penny overtime. The price was exactly the same as what we were quoted a few weeks earlier.
Come install day of course it was pouring rain and I thought we were going to be out of luck, but they showed up and put up a tent over the work area. The install went great and they had our new unit up and purring like a cat in about 4 hours. I have waited a week before writing the review because I like to see if any issues pop up from the work. Sure enough one did.it was their office calling to ensure that we were happy and following up to see how their techs performed. I'm sorry but service doesn't get any better than that! Will continue to use this local family owned company! BJ treated us like family! Lamar was nice to my mom. He listened to her concerns patiently and even though I could tell he didn't really believe her he checked it anyway. Turned out there was a dead sensor. (My mom has bad eyesight and tends to accidentally turn on the schedule on her thermostat.
Or so my dad who won't admit to his bad eyes says! Lol) They fixed it and were more than fair in pricing. If you want a company you can trust then you've found it at American Air.

We had the best experience with American Air HVAC. Lamar was great to work with us and his team was friendly and communicative. The company shows great experience and prices are reasonable for the units you would receive! We purchased a Trane furnace and condenser unit. We have not had any issues after the install and would recommend this company to others!
