From the time I called to the time my new air conditioner was put in was a great experience! My air went out I had 2 quotes on the price of a replacement and both were pretty close, well kind of, we went with Alpha because they were the best with communication, the best respectful technicians at my house and the best part is they offer financing (plus we love Mr. Gary).
And the better part is that everything they did still works today 2 years later. To be honest this is an amazing company that really cares about its customers, that has been established in our community for years, and stands behind their work no matter what. It is not just the amount of money that they can get out of you like I noticed the other companies do, its about you as an individual and your needs, not what they can "sell" you. We had an 18 year old central air and heating unit go out. called stan from alpha, came over and said the compressor is bad. gave an estimate on the spot. we decided to go with a new 2 ton lennox unit. stan also brought over a portable a/c unit and installed it until our new unit was put in. stan called everyday to see how we were holding up. fred installed the unit and did a fine job. stan is a true pro who cares about his clients. could not be more pleased with the unit, installation, and cost. alpha you should be proud to have such quality people like you have. thank you stan
