Fast response time as you speak to a person when you call. Had an emergency situation with the fan/motor in the HVAC go out. Fixed after ordering the part next day! Now I am having them replace our air conditioning unit! Reliable and professional.

Made a maintenance appointment a few days ago thinking All American was a Trane Dealer. Received a call from All American cancelling my appointment for April 8th as there is no outside hose bib near the condensers. I guess they never heard of a pail and water both of which I could provide. I then checked with Trane customer service and found they were no longer a certified Trane Dealer as per the Trane web-site. Beware

Excellent company. always respond as soon as possible. I live in gulfgate where the homes are old and challenging but the techs have always been able to take care of what ever problems we have had with our hvac system.

All American installed a new Trane system at my residence. 5 ton with new design air handler. The workmen had 49 years of combined experience and did an excellent job. Frankly, at the price I paid for the installation, it was in my opinion an excellent value. The system shut down months later AT NIGHT. We had returned to the home a and the inside temp was 84 degrees.

I called All American for service. Believe it or not, within TWENTY MINUTES a repairman, Jesse, appeared at the door and within only FIFTEEN MINUTES the system was again up and running. He had to clean out the condensate line which had clogged with algae and mold. Twenty minutes after he left the thermostat was at 75 degrees and we had a good night of sleeping. Based on my experience I can only give them the highest rating. Great work guys. Thanks.

This company under commits and over delivers on their service. After providing service, the service techs will not leave until you are satisfied. I was a service manager for the Du Pont Company for 31 years, I know what it takes to insure customer satisfaction. This company could teach most companies something about true customer service.

My hubby called this place and believe me its hard to get anybody to come do work in hour house these days and they answered the phone right away and set us up real quick to set up an appointment for the next day to clean my dryer duct.showed up in time both gentlemen very proffesional and with their mask on! . they did their job quick and very affordable. This is my second review of this business. They have now installed the AC system. They arrived on time, with all materials needed AND most importantly the installers had a combined experience of 49 years. I watched the entire removal and replacement and, frankly, if I were in the business I would have hired BOTH of these guys. Not only did they obviously know exactly what they were doing, and wasted no motion in the process, but when the job was finished they remained to monitor and run the necessary recharge and checklist procedure AND even repaired some collapsed ductwork in the attic.

For the system I purchased, in my opinion I received MORE THAN fair value with the Trane equipment and experienced installers. Highly recommended. I caution everyone to avoid the companies which spend a fortune on advertising, hire inexperienced employees and are owned by "private equity" or other "investors" who are interested only in maximizing profit. Hire the local family owned companies with a track record of reputable service in the community. This is one.

Came home from work to an 84 degree home! All American had serviced my parent's a/c, so I gave them a call. They were at my door in 20 minutes! Joe, my service guy, was professional, careful and honest. He found the problem and explained the fix. I was up and running I no time! I was so impressed, I purchased a service contract! Fully recommend them!

I am a realtor and have referred this wonderful company to my customers who need service or AC replacements. I have had them install several new ACs in the homes I have owned. They do an awesome job and don't overcharge you on systems like some of the other AC companies do. Their service technicians are not paid by commission and do not look for extra things to charge you for. I recommend them and give them a 5 star rating!

First time we used All American. Venetian Golf/country club.and we were blown away how informative and caring person. JOE.WAS TOUS. HE WAS SUPER PROFESSIONAL and a world of knowledge. explained what to be preparing for here in Florida. We are going to be setting up another appt in a couple months to have UV protection put in. Our fingers our crossed that Joe can return. Very fortunate to have a neat, clean, knowledgeable fellow like Joe representing your company.

We spent many hours learning about and obtaining estimates for our new system to replace 2 15 year old air conditioners. All American had been maintaining this equipment for the life of the Trane system. All American had the best prices, their estimator was very knowledgeable and easy to contact and the system cleanly and neatly was installed on time as promised.

We had our A/c unit installed by All American over 9 years ago and have routine maintenance yearly. They never try to rip you off with unnecessary parts/labor. They have always been honest and upfront about any costs. I had gotten a free maintenance check from another local business in Sarasota and they tried to tell us how a lot of the parts in our system was needing replaced and would be better off purchasing a new system. Well All American came out and said we definitely don't need a new system and everything is running great.

The Team at All American Heating & Cooling installed all of my HVAC systems at my home. His included several hundred feet of duct work, six separate systems and three dehumidifiers for our large family home. Their design, product selection, construction and ongoing service has been truly superb. Team All American deals exceedingly well with the severe weather conditions and humidity in South West Florida. They are professional, courteous and very helpful. I am and have been for the past seven years in the very best of hands with All American Heating & Cooling.

We have been customers for 12 years, recently our hvac system broke down, too expensive to replace outside unit, so we made 5 appointments with good companies, were happy with all, but decided to have replacement system installed by All American. They were backed up but kept us cool until they could do full install. Great job Bob, Heather and Jamie!

Air conditioner broke on Easter Sunday. My neighbor referred AAHC and they came out within two hours. Fantastic service person. Got us up and running for less than I thought would be possible! Highly recommend!
