The install crew was great. Joe gave us a quote and told us the install should be easy and the guys made it look that way! Over 20 years ago they did our original system. They were amazing 3 years ago when my furnace was bad before christmas. They came out and replaced the furnace the same day. Their concern for our family was profound. I just recommended them to a close friend who had been without heat for a week. How sad that the company she bought her furnace from 4 years ago could care less. They wanted her to wait another 3 days.

She called alberts today. Today she has a new furnace. Today she has heat. They are courteous, kind, concerning, compassionate, fast, reliable and knowledgeable. She is extremely happy. I will continue to recommend you all. Thanks for all you do.

I had heating issues for about 1.5 weeks before my landlord found Albert's heating. Once my landlord found Albert's heating they were really quick to respond to my home. They staid for about an hour looking at my furnace and found a loose wire. After we realized the wire wasn't the issue and after I explained the issue to Albert over the phone he then realized it was the mother board.

He ordered the piece the next morning since I had called after 4:30 pm. He called me the same day he ordered the piece and told me he received a confirmation of the piece being shipped. He said it would take about 2 to 3 business days since it was coming from Texas. He called me about a day in a half later telling me he got the piece and someone would be out the next morning before they do their other jobs.

I agreed since the weather was semi nice. Someone came the next day about 9am and fixed the furnace. Albert called me this morning for a follow up and he was super nice. They came to my house early last week, ordered the piece mid week, and fixed it on Friday. They have great customer service, communication, and nice staff that will explain everything to you. I would highly recommend and use them again. They told me to call them anytime I have issues.

Had furnace trouble. Within an hour Tom Sanders came. Checked my furnace, changed filter and thermostat to one I could operate and understand. Tom Sanders was professional, manner and patient. Thank you Alberts and big shout out to Tom Sanders.

My furnace was not working properly & I had to go out of town due to family emergency leaving my wife & son home with broken furnace. Albert's came the day I left & had the problem resolved & fixed within the day. Such a thankful relief knowing my family was taken care while I was out of town. Albert's has a wonderfully trained staff. They are always thorough and efficient. They care about their customers and make sure they are take care of before leaving any job. Best in class customer service, you won't be disappointed.

Our house had one of the main ground wires ripped off due to a branch. It caused our house to surge and lose power to a lot of things during the day unknown to us until we got home. The power company was able to come attach the lines, but the air and furnace would not work upon power being restored. Our house was 80 degrees by the time we had. realized. Fans were just blowing hot air.

We have cats and a dog who were extremely hot. I called Albert's at 11pm and left a message. They got back to me within 30 minutes of my call. Even though they were unable to make it overnight, they were there prompt in the morning and were able to have the air and furnace back on in about 25 minutes to cool the house down for my pets. The guy explained to me the whole process and what happened. I highly recommend them for any of your heating and cooling!

I called them two weeks ago because my furnace died.they gave me a bid, helped me with financing, came and installed the new furnace in 3 hours, start to finish, never had a drop to clean up, they were very professional and came in at the bid price, would highly recommend them to anyone.
