He had a terrible day with obstacles that would have driven anyone crazy, but he worked diligently and intelligently without question. 4.

The operator (Amanda) demonstrated incredible flexibility and determination to resolve whatever she could. She's a solution finder and that is rare in the service industry. I am very upset with the workers who came out this morning to fix my neighbor's AC unit. We used to have privacy between our backyard and the neighbors, now we get to look at their AC unit while sitting on our back porch. The workers cut down a good portion of the only bush that divided our backyard and our neighbors. They cut down the portion of the bush that was on OUR side, now leaving a large open space, with no more privacy. He literally had to stand in our backyard to cut the bush. This is completely unacceptable.

Heat stopped working over the weekend and they were able to come out and get the heat going. The following week when they called to give me the estimate for the repair I decided to replace the system. We highly recommend Fulford Heating and Cooling! From the first contact we had with them, on a holiday weekend, we were given superior service. We were offered service that weekend, but declined, due to the holiday. But there was a tech (Matt) at our house on Monday, who was knowledgeable and professional. After putting bandaids on an old system for 3yrs with other companies, we were given the choice repair or replace.

A member of their sales team, Jeff Melton, was at our house that night. He too was knowledgeable, friendly, and refreshingly not pushy. By Wednesday, we had an installation team at our home first thing in the morning and a new system in place. The service this company gave us, from beginning diagnosis to installation was above and beyond any service given in the Hampstead area! We are very happy with Fulford Heating and Cooling!

Fulford installed an HVAC system on a condo located on the floor above our unit yesterday. They installed it incorrectly and condensation water dripped down in front of my door all day. They finally came back after 5:00 pm to correct it. One of their employees said they would correct only what they installed incorrectly but would not clean up the water or the damage to the flooring upstairs.

Another employee spoke up and said he would at least get up the water we were having to walk through. Fulford's employee has since come back and cleaned up the water and put down plastic to prevent further water from dripping. Feeling very thankful for this man's efforts to help.

Fulford's poor performance recently showed why they shouldn't be considered for HVAC repair. Near end of July Fulford was called to repair A/C at my residence. Their service tech determined the expansion valve needed to be replaced and estimated 7 days and about $800 for the job. When more than 2 weeks passed and job was not completed another HVAC contractor was called and found the actual problem to be a pin hole leak in the coil (the valve was OK) and replaced it next day at 1/3 Fulford's quote. Seventeen days after Fulford misdiagnosed the problem they called to say valve had arrived.

We purchased our home with a 30+ year HVAC system. We called Fulford Heating & Cooling because of the reviews and they did not disappoint. We wanted a new unit and new ducts. Jeff has been more than helpful. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. He showed us multiple options including for an addition on our house that currently has no AC. He has been such a huge resource for us in this process. We have been able to text him or call him for any question and recommendation. We are loving our new and fresh air!

I had already gotten two estimates on a new HVAC system, and was sitting at my desk complaining about both of them when my employer asked what was wrong. I told him I had deep reservations about both HVAC products and installers, and he told me Fulford had done a great job at his house. So I phoned them, and they were just as great as he said. Everyone on the phone was professional and friendly.

The estimate was done immediately and offered me options the other companies had not even mentioned. The products they offer are better-reviewed and rated than the other companies (I checked.) Installation was soon. The installers showed up when they said they would, stayed all day with no breaks I witnessed, wore masks, and even returned twice to take care of a cosmetic issue. The HVAC system has been here over a month now and seems to work great.

Caused more damage than did repairs. Did not correctly diagnose the problem and appears as if they didn't do anything right. They also knocked a pipe off of a T and failed to place it back on. They are not worth the headache please use any other A/C service.

Justin Fulford came out to inspect the issue the same day I called. He was professional, gave me two options, and pointed out some things that will need attention in the future. His team showed up in three days to do what I consider major work, during the week of July 4th. The team finished in 4 hours and all was good. This is the AC team I will call next time. Thanks to all of the Fulford team.

We have two properties that Fulford takes care of. We have had our differences but last week was a game changer. We purchased a house that they had done the original installation of the HVAC. I wanted to add a return air in the master bedroom as there wasn't on. Al Fulford on one of his trips there found it strange that there wasn't one, so I felt I was on the right track.

They gave me an estimate which I approved. When they came to do the installation, I received a call telling me there was a return air but it had been covered up with drywall. They found where it was supposed to be and opened the drywall up and installed the vent. I then got a text that this would be no charge. That is taking ownership and shows integrity. There is nothing more important to me than integrity. Hats off to to Al and his team.

I have used AL Fulford on 3 occasions and each visit has been an enjoyable experience. The staff in the office and the service technicians has been very friendly, efficient and professional in taking care of our heat/AC issues. They are also very fair in pricing and I have always paid a lot less then what I was expecting. I cannot recommend this company high enough.

Quality work, experienced people, fast at getting the job done. Well worth the money.
