Continually not being transparent about appointments, technically notes about visits, call backs and lots of false promises. Have been told time and again that I will receive call backs and it never happens. The production department and service department do not communicate and the countless times I call in result in zero action from them. I am told time and again "I will call you back as soon as x". it never happens. The technicians are great and knowledgeable.

Airtron installed the system in my new build home. Have had problems in the airflow in two rooms since I moved in. I had a third party AC company inspect it and was told that whoever installed it didn't do a very good job. I reached out to the builder who told me to contact Airtron. I reached out to Airtron, who took forever in getting back to me to tell me it wasn't under warranty.

I scheduled a window for an appointment. No one confirmed it or came. I scheduled another appointment. No one confirmed it again. I finally got a hold of an actual person and number, who told me in the time this was all going on, that they only provide services to people who pay $24.95 a month. Apparently this is the only way to get service now. Do not use this company. If you are buying a new home and you see that Airtron installed the HVAC, make sure you get someone to check it specifically because it probably wasn't installed correctly.

AC stopped working that was installed less then 18 months ago. Took 3 days for them to come out to diagnose the problem. They said they would call as soon as the part came in (they never did) only after I called them did they acknowledge they had the part. Then they told me they can't come out for another 5 days! To install the part. Since it's 100 degrees outside I have to stay at a hotel. It's going to be 11 days total since I called. Only 3 of which were waiting for the actual part.

The technician was polite and service was fast. I am grateful for that because the wait for parts was quite extensive. I only regret he didn't tell me what caused the system to freeze up and what if anything I could do to avoid a repeat occurrence. He literally just showed up and told me about how long he thought he'd be working and that was it.

Our scenario isn't much different than countless other reviews. We moved into our home last August and since then there have been four separate unrelated major issues to our brand new HVAC system. 1. water leaking & dripping out of the emergency drain (our builder said this is extremely rare and had only seen it a handful of times) this happened during the walkthrough of our brand new home. 2. Heater wouldn't turn on.

After waiting days for tech to come due to "unavailability" in the winter with a newborn, it turns out they didn't wire it up correctly for heat. 3. Upstairs won't keep proper temperature, it was running 5-6 degrees warmer than the set temperature. Waited 3-4 days for them to get tech out to fix. 4. A/C won't turn on. Upstairs and downstairs no AC, won't turn on and its 80+ degrees outside. Turns our the unit froze solid with ice forming around and the tech said "I hope you don't get water damage." This fourth issue is our current one, they did finally get someone out there same day but had to order the replacement part then said they would call once it came in to setup the install of it.

Two days go by and we have to call the office for them to tell us the part came in today and they can fit us in two days from now from 1-6. After we had to call them to follow up. So 1 week without AC with 5 month old baby with temps ranging from 75-90. Overall terrible customer service and availability for customers who have emergencies. Also system is likely a dud and from our experience; total junk.

This company is very careless! We are just moving into our new house and they forgot to wire the heating systems correctly so we can't use the heater as expected then when they fixed the heating systems, they A/C is not working! I am very frustrated and have to post this online! I strongly don't recommend!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Faulty unit installed in new build. Left in home without heat working and two small children. Temps in house were in the 50's and dispatch told me there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't reimburse for a hotel.

I have been using their service as part of new HVAC installation. after 1 year we have experience cooling issues. We called Airtron to find out issues. They found leakage in pressure valve in ac unit. So they fixed it temporarily and ordered switched. They came after 20 days and informed we they have replaced switch. After that winter started so we don't used it much but in summertime we again have cooling issues. technician came and inform same thing pressure switch have leakage and it's need to replaced since it was not replaced last time.

Same story repeated after 3 months. we still have same issues. but now they are asking money to come and fix issues. Do you think they are eligible to ask money? They never replaced or repaired issues properly.
