I had an urgent need to get some AC systems checked out in a property I was looking at leasing and they were able to send a tech out the same day. They gave me a very extensive report of the AC units in the building, including photos of rooftop units and a detailed description of the units themselves and their working condition. This company is top notch. They communicate everything and make sure you are up to date the entire process. From emails and texts to their technicians on site. They are professional and polite. The techs explained everything to me so that I could make an informed descision about the work I wanted done. They made sure to cover up places that would get dirty and always made sure I was ok with what they were doing.

I was very happy with the work done. After they left, I found an issue. This was something that could not have been known right away. We just finished the renovation of a warehouse turned showroom, venue space for our business, luxury car and venue rentals. In less than 6 months the newly installed AC unit broke down unexpectedly. We were. given a repair estimate that cost about the same to have the new AC purchased and installed. Frustrated and exhausted, I saw Air Zone come up on my search I left a message requesting an appointment for their AC rentals. Marianna was quick to call back about the appointment request and asked to go further into detail to help understand the reasoning behind the request for rentals. She set the appointment for the following day and made notes and requested their technician to take a look at.

Tech was able to come and fix my A/C unit the day I called. It cooled but there was something off and they came back to check everything once the A/C was able to run a bit and got it resolved. All very professional and responsive throughout and I found the pricing more than fair and their expertise great. Would recommend.

I was referred to Air Zone Mechanical by the manufacturer of my a/c. The company performs regular maintenance and keeps my a/c in perfect condition. Whenever I call, they are immediately available. The technicians are professional and their prices are reasonable. After Air Zone Mechanical started doing the maintenance, I've never had an a/c issue.

Air Zone Mechanical was able to diagnose and repair issues we have been having for years with our A/C's. The previous company we used was a dreadful experience but when we discovered AZ Mechanical, we were so pleased with them. They were polite, efficient and professional. Had my AC go out late on a Friday afternoon. Have a small baby and it was blazing hot in south Florida. Reached out to Airzone and they responded immediately with a technician on site within 30 mins. They inspected everything really thoroughly, the issue ended up being the dual capacitor being out. This issue had happened before and we hadn't been happy with the other company as we felt we had been over charged.

True enough, the cost with AirZone ended up being half what the other company charged me and they did a much more thorough job. Aside from replacing the parts they drilled them into the unit so that they were more secure, thoroughly flushed out and the unit itself, recharged the AC and left it blowing ice cold. Living in SoFla sometimes it feels like you're being held hostage when trying to get AC issues resolved so it's good to have a company with competent professionals you can trust on call when you need them

Excellent job! Came out almost immediately when I didn't have air-conditioning!

This company also repairs appliances! Our ice maker stopped working so I called on Monday (a holiday) to see when someone could come out to see it. They had a tech at my house that afternoon. He tried everything to try to get my ice maker working before advising he would have to order a new top portion. I expected to wait 5-7 days for the part to come in and him to come back.

He was there the next day with the part and our ice maker was fixed! Such great service, quick repairs and great customer service! We will def use them in the future for appliances and any AC repairs or issues! Highly recommend them for all your home and office appliance and AC needs.

We were so frustrated with our old AC when it stopped working! I asked the Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce for a recommendation of a member AC repair company. Air Zone was one of the ones on the list. My experience with AC companies was not good with promises not kept and excessive charges! Air Zone responded on the first ring, immediately understood my dilemma, and was able to send a technician in less than two hours!
