These people are so fast and reliable. I needed a new heater, air conditioner, new duct work. It works like a charm and lowered my heating bill! That A/C is huge! Wonderful in the summer, and the combination electric and gas heater is excellent as well. The workers are super fast, super polite and super knowledgable. They are my Go-To guys from now on! Keep up the good work fellas! Id give 10 stars if i could!

We've used Air King twice and have been very pleased with the professionalism of the folks we've interacted with be they on the phone or maintaining our home's HVAC. We recently bought our home and have been working on catching up on several decades of it being neglected due to being a rental for many years and the folks at Air King did a safety check on it and did such a great job we just had them come out and clean the ductwork which was filthy. Prompt, professional, got the job done properly, and cleaned up.

We noticed our a/c was out on our second floor. We called Air King first thing the next morning and they were out by 2PM that day. Jeremy from Air King showed up and found the problem and fixed it in just a few minutes. Not only did he fix our problem, he went through the whole system and explained what things were, how they worked, what to look out for, and how to maintain our unit. He made sure everything was working properly and checked coolant levels as well. Top notch tech! Thanks Jeremy!

My parents, aged 91 and 85, had their AC go out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Mom is on oxygen. We called Air King in Decatur IL and they came out that day to provide an estimate and said it would be 10 days. When my sister explained the situation about their age and medical issues, they busted it to get parts and fixed it 3 days later, first thing that morning. We really appreciate that they went out of their way.

This company was excellent and treated us great. We dealt with Steve II who answered all our questions and came out to give us a quote. The price was right and they deal with american standard equipment which i read nice reviews about it. We had no AC they were here within 6 days to install a new AC unit, we also got a great variable 2 stage furnace put in.
The techs that came were very polite and professional. They had it done in 1/2 a day. Air king really took care of us and we our enjoying our nice cool home because of them. If your looking for a excellent company this is the place to call.

I recently used Air King to install a new furnace and air conditioner in my dental office. The salesman who helped us, Steve, was really informative. He knew his stuff! As soon as the contractor was ready, Air King sent out some installers. They were friendly and professional. Because we were renovating a 100 year old building, we had all of the duct work replaced, which was a big job, but they handled it without a problem.
Everything has been working beautifully with no hiccups. And, our unit came with a warranty, should we need it. We were so happy with their service that we also asked Steve to send someone to install humidifiers at that new office and at another dental office that my husband and I own. Once again, a friendly man (Brian, I think?) came and installed the humidifiers.
Most importantly, he left absolutely no mess behind. I would definitely recommend Air King to a friend! Prices were on par with other bids we had gotten, and this is obviously a company that has been around for some time and employs knowledgeable people.

My best advice is to avoid this company unless you like to throw away money. My home inspector found cracks in both furnaces of the home I recently purchased. However, I needed to have a certified HVAC tech confirm the inspector's findings. Long story short - Air King sent out two technicians and supposedly spent 2 hours cleaning and inspecting the heat exchanges (despite them only being called to confirm cracks).
Their Tech only found a crack on one of the heat exchanges despite me providing the company with detailed locations of the cracks and pictures. They then sent out another tech who also couldn't find the crack in the second furnace. I then called a reputable heating and air conditioning company and their tech found the cracks within 5 minutes.
The sellers also called in a third company who found the cracks. So I'm stuck with a $78 bill to pay for incompetent techs. Avoid this company at all costs, I wish someone had written a review before to prevent me from such a waste of time and money. They spend lots of money on advertising because their quality of work doesn't bring in business.
