When Tim arrived, he introduced himself and the new employee he was training, we shook hands and they went to work looking at my A/C unit out in the yard. Tim found a few things that needed to be done first in order to properly check the unit, when I asked about the cost Tim offered a suggestion of a service contract.

Dustyn replaced a induction motor that he found was going bad on my regular maintenance. He replaced and done all the bells and whistles. Constantly asked if I had any questions. He is professional. Told him about a vent issue I had in my kitchen. He took pictures and was sending that in to the other service guy that does vents. He is totally reliable and very customer orientated. He is a keeper for Air Doctor. Thank you

New heater install was set For a Friday. They showed up on time. At 5 thei informed me they had not finished and would return the following week Monday was a holiday On tue I call at 11 to hear there work schedule was set For the week and they would work me in on Friday if it time worked out. after a conversation with the owner he was able to complete the install.
A return right by the unit was left hanging. Had to have a tec. Command see why the system was not running correctly. Was told the system was running correctly. Had to call a second company in to correct the probls.

Air Doctorx (ADX) was contracted to replace a second story HVAC system. 5 days before the new installation, another service contractor inadvertently dislodged the existing system which caused a drain line misalignment and caused a major leak resulting in ceiling damage and AC malfunction. It was after hours and I was out of town. I was able to reach the ADX owner and he dispatched a technician to affect a temporary repair!
Incredible service! Then 4 days later, as scheduled, a team of technicians came and installed a new, more efficient, more effective HVAC system. The team was professional, knowledgeable personable and efficient. During the process, their communication and clear explanations of the process helped us feel confident and in control of the process. They treated our property with respect and care. we are very pleased with the service and product of ADX team!

That to me is a Very Good business practice, after that he went to working on the unit once they got to a point that they needed to look at the unit in my house they knocked on the door and Tim explained to me just exactly where they were in the procedure.
Once they were done Tim explained again all the work that they had preformed and made out the paperwork I needed to Sign and they were on their way. You can't ask for any better service than I received, which caused me to be extremely thankful. I look forward to their continued work in the future.

Eric and Daniel arrived at the scheduled time frame and installed a dehumidifier in the crawlspace of my home. They also repaired a damaged trunk line for my heating and air system. Very proficient, skilled craftsmanship. Attention to detail and conducted themselves in a very positive, professional manner. Made the project a wonderful experience as Airdoctorx has always done. Highly recommended to all.

I had a scheduled service for an afternoon at 3:30. At 3:15 I got a call from Air Doctor stating that they would have to reschedule because their technician was delayed at another job. I explained that I had already lost half a day's pay to meet them, and would greatly appreciate a weekend appointment. Air Doctor installed both my furnace and central air at a cost of several thousand dollars, and I thought that they would assist in the name of good customer service.
I was told that they don't normally work weekends, and this would have to be discussed with the owner. Over the next week and a half I called 5 times and was never able to speak to the owner, "Mark." I gave up once the person on the phone became short with me. I then called 3 of Air Doctor's competitors, and all 3 had a better price.
