Craig did a very good job of explaining all the options and guiding us to make our decisions on what we needed. The technicians were excellent. Very courteous and explained what they were doing, how and why. The installation looks very good, they left the area clean and need, everything works as it is supposed to and they gave good instructions on how to use the new thermostat. We are very pleased.

Nearly 17 years ago we purchased a Lennox HVAC system, including the installation of ductwork, from AirControls. The system was maintained by Craig B all of those years but when I began experiencing a problem with the heating system last winter we talked about replacement options. The decision was easy - but this time a Dave Lennox Signature Collection heating unit was chosen along with the addition of a humidifier and, of course a new AC unit.

On the day of installation, Stephen and Keghan called to let me know that they were on their way, arriving on time and then proceeded to R & R everything in one day! The app for the iComfort thermostat is fantastic and easy to use, the dual fan process is SO quiet I barely notice it running and my house feels so evenly heated throughout the day and night. Air Controls is absolutely THE best company to work with for your heating and cooling system needs. Their products and professionalism is beyond reproach!
