Our regular technician KNOWS his profession. He has saved us money over the years identifying parts that were wearing out, on our 20 yr old system, so we could replace the PARTS instead of the air conditioner/heater. He always cleans our intake vent, and also cleans up after himself. He is quick, efficient, and polite. The woman in the office is smart, courteous, and efficient with scheduling and addressing my needs.

I also LOVE that I can purchase a contract for the year (at a discounted price), guaranteeing I get my air conditioner serviced before summer, and my heater serviced before winter. To top it all off, this company was started by a woman (who serviced our unit herself back years ago). I so appreciate the consistency, reliability, and professionalism of the whole team year after year.

Our service technician Zach was great! We moved in last year so our air wasn't really getting cool and it didn't seem to have air coming out as well as it should so we thought it may need maintenance. He came out explained what was going on. Showed us our very very disgusting filthy filter and washed it down. Our unit was frozen so basically it needs to defrost. Looked at our unit told us if it was reliable(which it was not they only made them for 3 years so that told us a lot).

He advised we needed lots of towels around our unit as they'll be a lot of water as the ice will melt. He gave us a couple of options. We decided to go with the more economical choice and pray for the best and said he would be back tomorrow to finish up it would be about $500 and would fit us in. Unfortunately, we can't use the air conditioner today.

Service call was $87.50 reasonable. He had a great attitude, very professional, was knowledgeable. Overall, we would recommend to everyone. Definitely would call them back! Thank you Zach

I got a new American standard a/c unit and an old unit fixed by Air Concepts recently. The way Zach handled the issues makes me feel so comfortable and gives me a huge confidence now and future works. We have used the service from Air Concepts for the past 13 years. Air Concepts installed our heater 13 years ago. Mark has serviced our heating and air conditioning since then. He is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. We recently decided to replace our 25 plus year old air conditioning unit that air concepts has serviced over the past 13 years.

We replaced it because it had the old R22 coolant. We changed all the air ducts and had a variable speed AC system installed. It was time for my annual HVAC Maintenance. Their technician, Noah, arrived on time and went about doing his job in a professional manner. He examined my filters, serviced the A/C Unit, and then ran the unit while testing various vents to make sure the cooling temperature was good. Answered all my questions and explained everything to me. I was really pleased with the service.

Air Concepts came out to our house and evaluated my interests in transitioning to appliances which don't use fossil fuels. The advisor was knowledgeable of possible rebates and will be sending estimates to install a water heater heat pump system, mini-split electric heating and cooling heat pump system, panel upgrade, and insulation. I appreciate Air Concepts helping our community wean off of fossil fuels!

Our heating system went out and Zach was here promptly to help! He was very professional, friendly and was able to determine the issue within a few minutes. The whole service took only an hour to fix and he took the time to help me understand what had happened and how to prevent further issue. They we were the ones who referred us to them an was not disappointed. We moved in our home 2016 and not sure when our HVAC was service, if at all. Mark came out and provided a full inspection and was very honest with the diagnosis.

The good news is it was not bad news. I appreciate the fact there was no "up selling" whatsoever. The quote I was given over the phone was very close to the price I paid for the service. Air Concepts replaced by evaporator coil this morning. I called them on Wednesday afternoon and they scheduled Frank Gleason to come out on Thursday. He did and diagnosed my problem right away. I need a new evaporator coil. He immediately phone his office to find a unit and they did. Their install team of Zach and Pedro arrived Friday morning at 10:30 ( 2-4 hrs earlier than scheduled) and were done by 12:30.

This company is FANTASTIC! Kelly and Josh really care about their company and the work that is done. Kelly is patient to answer any questions. Josh has such a chill personality he has a quick remedy to any concern. We chose clean air Concepts because of 2 reasons. We knew someone that had just had a knew HVAC put into their home and their furnace moved to their attic with a very good experience. Second, the price after rebates was the best out of 5 companies that came out.

Other companies were simply not willing to do the rebates. The technician Todd did an outstanding job and worked the hardest I've ever seen anyone work. He was so focused and I knew I had the right person for the job. I was pleased to have Josh put in 3 returns to meet maximum air flow in our home for heating and air. I recently had a problem with a leak coming from the heater cabinet in the house and I couldn't figure out what it could be. Fortunately, Mark came to our house promptly and determined that the condenser pump that was clogged caused the leak due to the blockage. Mark was thorough in his inspection and evaluation, fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and made valuable recommendations to address some items that had been neglected in our HVAC system a few years.
