My AC went out and they sent a repairman out very quickly on the same day! The repairman was friendly and very knowledgeable. He found the problem and made the repair quickly while still taking the time to explain all of it as he worked. He supplied all information about their service contracts but did not try any hard pressure sales tactics! I was made aware of all charges ahead of time and there were no surprises.

I have purchased their premium service package and feel very confident that I will have all electrical and plumbing issues dealt with in the future. It is a huge relief to know I do not have to search for a repairman when one is needed. I highly recommend Peaden to anyone within their service area!

We were having issues with our A/C staying cool in the house. I looked online and seen Peaden had amazing views. I called and I spoke with Sabrina she was so sweet and very informational. Our technician was (Kevin Brown) and he checked out everything! He was so sweet, knowledgeable and very professional! I would definitely recommend him to be your technician! Mike came out to assess and make recommendations. Was absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he didn't try to upsell me and just gave feedback based on what I asked for. Charles and his partner came out to do the install and were absolutely fantastic. Did the job quickly and without error, made sure to test everything and asked if I had any questions before they left. Great work everybody!

Great job by Matthew and Tim. Both were very professional; knowledgeable and easy to work with They both fixed the issues. They were on time for both appointments and did a great job. Service was great. Our technician was very personable and easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions and was quick to schedule other services in order to get our project moving. Charlie is the bomb! Jeff worked in the rain with his partner to rework electrical box. They were friendly and did a great job to get everything ready for water heater install. Carlos did the install on the water heater, again in the rain yesterday. Everyone involved in our project were courteous, on time and got the job done. Thank you so much.

Super Happy with the Service of Peaden. Joshua Wise and Keith Manly were super professional and even walked me through exactly what was going on. As Josh was talking me through things Keith was grabbing things and setting up for Josh so it was super efficient and informative. When Josh found a leak and started adding the refrigerant i was just watching the bills roll :/ Fortunately he found out that my system was under warranty and that Peaden would be able to replace it at labor cost. Hard work doesn't go unnoticed, and I appreciate these young gentlemen.

As they have always been in my experiences; notification of when they would be here, on time, courteous, and professional. Had the pleasure of meeting Corey Mansfield today and he was no different than the other technicians who have been here to the house. Had a mini split in our converted garage that wouldn't cool and he spent an hour going through all of the troubleshooting to see what the problem could be.

Couldn't find any leaks or other causes so he recharged the system and gave his prognosis. It's a 5 year old system so hopefully it will be good for another 5 but understand everything he told me could happen. It's cooling and feeling good right now and hope it stays that way. Thanks for the great service and explaining everything along the way to an interested home owner. You never know when a tip may come in handy in the future. I highly recommend Corey for any future maintenance issues.

Spoke with Scheduling to confirm and talk about the issue then stayed in touch throughout the day via text to make sure no time wasted waiting around. Daniel was great! Needed to have a routine AC checkup done and Jim and Dustin let me know everything was working fine and all my parameters were within spec. They let me know the UV system was not working and explained everything to me. They offered suggestions and gave me options to include their warranty/membership benefits. I ultimately ended up purchasing the membership as it was very beneficial for me. Don't hesitate to call these guys if you need excellent service.

We are so happy with the services provided by Peaden. We had a great plumber named Zachary that work 3 long days to repair our plumbing. He absolutely went above and beyond. The job on our home was not an easy one. Zachary made sure that he had great communication and he always made sure that he did quality work. Everything he did was very much appreciated!

Zachary and his associate did an amazing job, and were professional and courteous. They were able to fix our leak within an hour and even swept the floors before they left. We will definitely use them again if we have any plumbing needs! Five star experience.

Joseph was very professional. He was here to give me a complementary electrical inspection. He installed a usb electrical outlet for me also. I would give Joseph 5 stars for his service Service: Socket or switch installation

Beware of gouging with this company! The technician was amazing, but I felt so bad for him. The quote for the work was absurdly overpriced (more than double what it should be). On top of that, I was told on the phone when I booked the appointment for an estimate that I would have to pay an $89 fee if we didn't commit to having the work done that day.

But that fee would be waived if we did commit to having the work on that day. I committed to having the work done, yet still have to pay the fee! The technician told me that there are tiers of membership where the fee is waived. But that was never explained to me on the phone. It feels like a total bait and switch with this company. I will never be calling Peaden again, and I'm going to call the person who referred them to me to let them know they need to stop referring them, too.

I am very pleased with the plumbing service Peaden performed for me today. Mr. Richardson was extremely thorough and discovered my plumbing issue quickly. He took the time to provide me with a detailed explanation of everything that was of concern, and he was extremely professional. I was provided with more than one option for repair which I appreciated. I would highly recommend Peaden and Mr. Richardson to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Peaden ran a gas line from our garage through the attic for a new gas stove. The price we were quoted was competitive. It is with great regret I submit this. We have used Peaden for years; knowing we were paying more for the Professionalism and knowledge of the properties here on site. This man was either and it was a grave disappointment! The man from the moment he walked in wasn't interested in the job so his estimate was so high it made it obvious. About 850. To replace a bathroom fan.

I had told the appointment maker exactly what I needed and well, he didn't even have a clue, nothing on the truck. It was a total disaster appointment that was supposed to be at 8:00 am and it was 4:30 pm. He just took my money for nothing! He knew I wasn't going to go for that estimate so he got a fee and knew I wouldn't redeem it because he was so high. Still haven't heard of a follow up from Peaden yet either. So disappointed

Matt.technician came out for scheduled maintenance checkup. Very thorough check up. Explained to me issues with my 17 yr old unit. What my options were for repair or replacement. He was very polite and answered my questions. Later that day I spoke with Jamal and he discussed options for installing a new ac unit. He went over options in detail and answered all my questions.

I decided to purchase a new ac unit. Jamal took care of all the details for me. A few days later Dakota and Chase arrived with my new unit. They were able to install in a few hours. They did a great job and my house is nice and cool! Appreciate all the help each step of the way. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend Peaden. Great staff.great service.

Installed new 110V electrical outlet and did a great job from getting me an fast on-site estimate to getting the work accomplished! Don and KC were thorough, courteous, and did what I asked of them. Great job! Then Corey came out to install a hot water recirculating pump. Another great job done quickly and efficiently. All three gentlemen were polite and professional.
