Services
Action Heating & Cooling Services, LLC is a residential and light to medium commercial heating and cooling contractor that has been in business since 1988. If you don't see your particular brand of equipment listed as equipment we sell, dont worry. We service all brands and carry many "universal" parts on our service vans. We also have relationships with all major manufacturers to quickly source parts or technical information. Dont hesitate to call us for help.
Efficiencies typically degrade as equipment ages. If an expensive repair is required, it may make more sense to replace the equipment rather than repair it. Another factor to consider is the new equipment warranty which can include lifetime replacement coverage for heat exchangers and 10 years parts and labor warranties.
Air conditioning a boiler-heated home normally involves adding ductwork, registers, an air handler, a condenser, a coil and a thermostat. We have several design options. We usually install a coil in the ductwork above the existing furnace and connect it to an air conditioning condenser located outside the home. Other upgrades may be required for proper system operation. We can tell you more as part of a free upgrade estimate.

Had issues with my A/C unit, called on a Friday morning and a technician (Tyler) was there within a half hour. Extremely pleased with his service and how he explained everything to me. Would recommend.

Ty provided excellent customer service, and ensured that our Air-conditioner was repaired before leaving on an extremely warm and humid Holiday weekend. Although the manufacturer parts could not be obtained, Ty crafted a near term solution for the weekend, then ensured us that the recommend parts would be installed inside of 1 week for no additional charges. We'll be sure to lookup Action Cooling and Heating to resolve future related issues. Give this guy a raise!

I hired them to do inspection and service in the fall I told him I thought the blower didn't sound right to me they assured me everything was in good running order and would make it through the winter it didn't even run for a day in the motor burned up and they did nothing about it so I purchased a new furnace through another contractor

I have used Action for years. When my mother needed to have her furnace cleaned & tuned up, I suggested she call them. They came out and cleaned and did the tune up. 2 days later her furnace stopped working. The gentleman that came out the second time said the furnace wasn't cleaned well enough on their first visit, so he did a deeper cleaning of it.

This did get the furnace to work again. Imagine her surprise when they charged her for a second cleaning! She called the office to let them know she shouldn't have to pay again, but they refused to budge. I sent them an email to let them know if they did not make this right, I would not use them anymore either. Today I received a call letting me know I was due for my tune up.

I kindly explained to the gentleman why I won't be using them anymore, and he just said "ok I will make a note of that ". Not even an apology was offered. It made me feel terrible that I suggested them only to have them screw my elderly mother over. And one other weird thing, every single time they came to tune up my furnace, they made me provide the filter.

The company I use now always provides one. So if they can't even get a cleaning right, I wouldn't trust them to service anything. *****I just saw the review the owner posted in response to mine. I was in fact a frequent customer, and I suggest you check with your gentleman that calls people to set up appointments, since I did tell him exactly what I put here.

I have included a photo of your tag from my furnace to show that I was in fact a customer, and do not write false reviews, nor do I "review the wrong company ". Between the email I sent to you and talking with your employee, and my mother calling you, we gave you 3 opportunities to make this right, you chose not to. Had you actually admitted the cleaning was done wrong the first time as your tech stated, and not charged her for the second cleaning, this would have been an entirely different review.

This speaks volumes for this business that again, they would not apologize or admit any fault. I would also like to point out to Mr. Pourpore that you are able to respond to any customer reviews individually, and do not need to write a review to do so. I think rating your own business 5 stars is a wee bit unethical. And considering my original review was written a year ago, and you just responded 4 weeks ago would mean that perhaps your current employees would not know about this issue.

I am happy you enjoyed my review for spring green, and the gates I need to open would be for my back yard- which your company would not need access to as a lawn care company would. Since you enjoy reading my reviews, check the one for Sears. They messed everything up, yet I still gave them 4 stars. The reason I did is they made it right. Sadly you did not, hence the 1 star.

Concerning Nosilla F's review: I've checked with the entire team and also checked our service records and we have no idea what this person is talking about. If there is an unresolved issue, we would like the opportunity to make it right, but we don't know who she is? She does seem to have quite a few negative reviews for well established entities in our community.

There is a Spring Green Lawn Service review where she talks about having to open the gate for them to get in. I checked with our Techs and nobody can think of a customer that has gates we need opened to get into their property. I don't know what else we can do her or her mother but I suspect she has the wrong company in her review. Ron Poupore - President, Action Heating and Cooling Services, LLC.
