The owner was so kind and professional. My AC went out on a very hot day and they came quickly! They didn't require me to pay for a service call. I just sent them pictures. My husband and I were in a bind - AC quit working and house was 85 degrees. We managed for a few days -got a quote from another local company but they weren't available for another week or two. Once temps hit 95+ and humidity was high, the house was unbearable and we were desperate. I filled out a form on Absolute Comfort's website on a Saturday night at 11 pm, stating our immediate need.

I had a text from Darren at 8:30 am Sunday morning asking how he could help! My husband gave the information on our units and informed that we already had a quote from someone else. we were mainly looking for a temporary fix. We sent Darren pictures of our units and within an hour he sent over an estimate that was $100 cheaper than the other company AND they could come Monday morning!

I've never been so happy to write a check. The two employee's who came to install the units were professional and friendly. They did great work and took time to explain some next steps. 10/10 service. Would 100% recommend to friends and family! Thank you so much Absolute Comfort!

Todd was our maintenance guy that came to our home for the spring a/c maintenance. This is the first time we've used Absolute Comfort, but we have nothing but good things to say about them! Todd was on time. Was very friendly, even with my (loud) dogs! He performed his job quickly and quietly. He explained all he had done and then I paid the bill.

The only thing that was different from our other company which we used before, was they don't carry our size of air filters! Todd told me they dont have room on the truck for them! He did tell me where I could find them and showed me how to install them in our particular unit. Turns out, it was much easier than I thought! Their prices were very competitive with our other company; I'm definitely going to have to consider Absolute Comfort for our future needs! Thank you Absolute!

Highly recommend Absolute to fix AC systems. I had another company come out the day before to solve my issue and they said the evaluation would cost $140/hr and take at least two hours, probably three. I said no thanks to that, since my system is nearing 20 years old. Absolute came out the next day and solved my issue in under 45 mins and only charged the diagnostic fee. Will be using them again in the future, I'm sure!

Are used Absolute Comfort heating and air-conditioning last week. They went over my entire furnace, my outside AC unit, they put their gauges on to check how much coolant was in my AC unit. The gentleman that came out was absolutely awesome! He gave me tips on how to keep my furnace and AC working at 100% efficiency. I would recommend this company to any of my friends or people that I don't even know.

This is a very wonderful company that treats their customers out of this world! I had them out last week, and now I know that when it's 100° outside and the dewpoint is at 75, I will be nice and cool knowing that Absolute Comfort heating and air-conditioning took care of everything and made sure all my equipment was ready for the season!

We woke up to no heat yesterday. I called to leave a message before normal business hours and heard from Darren right away. He had a technician out to our house by 9:30 who was very personable and professional. We thought we had a quick fix and then realized the problem was bigger. Darren made a special trip to Omaha to get the unit so that we could have heat that night and his guys swooped in and worked all afternoon to get it up and running.

I had a question that evening and emailed and had my answer right away again! (I feel bad as I wonder if they sleep!?) The entire team was kind, professional and friendly. My mechanicals room was cleaner when they left then when they arrived and they were all sweet to my dogs. Our puppy loved them! Thank you for being fair, honest, professional, kind, incredibly responsive, and for getting us heat on one of the coldest days of the year so far!

My heater broke the day before a really cold day, but even still the house was down to 57 degrees when I got home for lunch. These guys are good. It took two trips but my A/C was 50 years old and even though it was the weekend they got the A/C going and didn't charge me for the overtime which was great. They didn't have a lot of answers to my questions but they got the job done, and I understand that older systems are very complicated. They also don't take cards but they do take checks. So anyway they got the air conditioner back to running condition, exchanging currency for their advertised service. Which is fine. These guys did a good job.

Darren and his crew are extremely PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, TIMELY and TRUSTWORTHY. They care about you as the customer. We worked with Absolute Comfort twice in a few week span on the two furnaces in my home. The first time I called mid-morning and someone was at my house within hours. The second time I was able to reach Darren at 7:00 a.m. to tell him that there was about a 10 minute window that someone would be at my house to let the technician inside. He said he would make sure we'd be taken care of and sure enough the technician showed up exactly on time.

My wife spoke to the technicians on both occasions and said they couldn't have been nicer. Absolute Comfort truly takes pride in its business and it shows on all ends of its service.

We just moved into a new house a couple weeks. The furnace kept running and running, constantly. I messaged Darren and he had Jeremy come right out on Monday. Jeremy changed the filter on the furnace, cleaned the sensor, and showed me how the furnace is a two-stage furnace. something I knew nothing about. He explained how it all works to me and I decided to shut this option off.

He also replaced our ancient thermostat with a new digital one. He was very thorough and patient and double-checked to make sure everything was running right. (He was also very patient with my 4 yr daughter who wanted to watch, help and throw her ball to him!) The furnace is no longer running constantly, which is great since we just got our gas bill from when it WAS running constantly! My experience with Absolute Comfort was the best ever! Darren is such a hands on owner and tells you exactly what you need, he does not try to get you to buy bigger just to help him and his company. The install was smooth and I felt very comfortable with the workers who were here to do the install. They were efficient and showed up on schedule. I am a person who goes by word of mouth which is why I am making this review. I would tell anyone to use Absolute Comfort for all of their heating and cooling issues. I will use them again!

Absolute Comfort is the "absolute" best. I got a referral from a friend during the summer when my old company quit doing air conditioning. I needed two new units (which I knew, ugh), but Darren figured out a way to use part of my old system. He saved me thousands of dollars and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't absolutely need. Last week, I came home to 61 degrees and a water problem (the old company's installation).

I tried to fix it myself because I didn't want to bother Darren at 11:00 at night. I gave in the next morning when it was 58 degrees in the house. Absolute Comfort wasn't open yet, but Darren sent someone within the hour. From air conditioning to heating, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
