I have used ABC Fuel for several years, every year to do routine service on my furnace. I had an issue with my furnace a few days ago. My house was 58 degrees. I called the # on the ABC Fuel sticker on my furnace(that a tech put there by the way)Stating if there was an emergency to call that #. So I did. Well, apparently they will ONLY help you if you have oiled delivery by them, not just your routine maintenance.
The lady told me, "You are not "technically a customer" if you don't get oil delivery from them, it's policy!" What? Even though They have an account #, my address on file and previous billing history. They could have cared less it's February, my house was freezing and I have children.because. I don't get my oil delivered from them. Like most people I shop around for oil for the best price. I was just shocked! It's the most ridiculous thing I've heard. I will NEVER use them EVER!

ABC has been supplying my oil and servicing my furnace for 7 years. Yesterday they helped me with the installation of an ecobee thermostat that I bought thinking it was going to be a plug and play deal. Not! The communication with the office staff and technician was excellent; the workmanship flawless. I'm loving my ecobee!

Our furnace stopped working on a Friday. After going through some guy my landlord sent ABC was called. The repairman came on Saturday and fixed the supposed issue then realized a huge safety issue as the water was coming out the bottom onto the burners. He brought us two heaters that helped us stay toasty until the new furnace was here. Our new furnace is now working perfectly! These guys were polite and kind. My seven year old thought they were great too!

I've only been a client of theirs for a few months but I'm already impressed and highly satisfied with ABC Fuel. Their staff (office and drivers) are super friendly and informational. Most recently we had Tim out to do our regular cleaning and maintenance. Really nice guy, was thorough on the cleaning and making sure everything was running properly.
